You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Thank you for a safe place to rest for the night. The young lady at check in was very helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and area. I was surprised to learn it was her first week working there. She was busy every time I went through the lobby. mopping and helping others.

United States of Americait was ok, but maybe more comfortable bedding, sheets blankets may make it more comfortable, but not totally bad though .
I wasn't able to eat breakfast, but a Starbucks was conveniently located next door. The overall stay was fine. The staff was friendly and very professional. The rooms were clean but, a bit dated and the bedding was really thin and smelled a little of cigarettes. An overnight stay is fine.

I feel the price was raised because of the demand. There were both baseball and softball tournaments in town so the owner knew people would be needing a place to stay and raised the rate. This room the week prior was half as much!

United States of AmericaI arrived at 2:20 and tried to check in. There were 4 employees standing around talking behind the desk. When I said that I wanted to check in, I was informed that I would be charged 15.00. Wow. I promptly left and cane back at 3. There was NO ONE at the desk at 3. I was the third person tin line rying to check in, and no one was there to help. The person in front of me called the motel number, and someone answered the phone. However, the bell on the front desk was useless since no one came when it was rang. Poor customer service. Not sure if I will stay there again!
I like that it has a hallway entrance instead of an outside entrance.
