Very clean, everything about the hotel and room looked nice and in very good condition. The staff was nice. The breakfast was really good. Definitely would stay here again.

I did not like that when I left I asked for towels and face cloths be delivered to my room and when I got back really late I was not able to shower right away because the towels were never put in my room I had to call down again so it just didn’t feel like the hotel prioritized the needs of the people staying there. I also didn’t like that it was not communicated to me that I had to pay an extra 50 Dollars for a security deposit on top of the price of the room which was not cheap and I had spoken to someone on the phone earlier that day and that fee was not told to me until I arrived at the hotel later on that night and found out from the other staff member who’s customer service was not that great.

The property was very clean, food was great. It was not loud so I got a good nights rest it was also in a great area.

Day one I called down to request new batteries for the remote but no one ever answered or followed up to my message. We didn't watch TV the whole stay.

The best part of our stay was breakfast. My children and I have never had a more well prepared banquet in a hotel before. The hot food imparticularly, was prepared to perfection. Bacon had the best crisp and eggs never runny like most places. We were impressed for sure. Even the coffee cups smiled at you (the graphics on them). Above all that, I was happy to find that the staff at breakfast were more delightful then anywhere I encountered humans on our trip. Ana made our stay one of the greatest ones we have experienced yet. We are greatful to have met her. What a blessing.

I liked large room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Hotel has nice fitness and pool. It was there perfect parking place. Hotel is near by Theme park - Six flags.

I didn't like that my room didn't have a bath tub

Hampton Inn has always been one of my favorite hotels and they never disappointed. The rooms are clean, the customer service are nice. The breakfast are also great. Will definitely recommend
