Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaWe were misinformed by one of their front desk staff over the phone 5 days before the arrival date, because of that we had to pay an extra night. It was corrected by the manager Daniel, who was very helpful and did his best to overcome the situation. Problem was definitely corrected but we had to stress a little bit on the last 2 days of stay.
Breakfast was very good. The location is not the best in the city, but you are not also far from busy and touristic locations. Within 10 to 15 minutes driving or riding we can go basically everywhere.

United States of AmericaThe rooms were dated with new furniture. I feel like they did not hold up the Hilton name the boxsprings on the bed showed they had no coverings a piece of metal on one of the boxsprings cut my leg. I now have a scab, the very bottom of the bed base was missing the finishing, which could’ve very well been fixed with a little paint. Just looks like no one seem to care about the details. Also, a simple mattress cover over the boxsprings would have really gone along way with the looks of the bedding I have pictures to attach the only other problem we had was the toilet kept stopping up, not sure if that is a city sewage problem or a hotel problem was never given an explanation.
I loved the maid Staffing they were also sweet and kind that being said, your front desk employees need to learn how to smile apparently they don’t understand the customers or why they have a job. No one was rude, but no one smiled nor did they go out of their way to be helpful.

United KingdomBeing on the corner of the 3rd floor, close to a busy crossroads junction. Traffic was noisy, including police and emergency vehicles, except for a few hours in the early hours.
We were upgraded to a larger room with a kitchenette (not that we needed one). The room was very large and on the 3rd floor, of 9 floors. The ground floor reception area was modern and airy, like a hotel, incorporating the reception, leisure seating areas and the large self service breakfast area. Part of the Hilton group, so you can collect points for you stay. Car park is just across a minor back street.

United KingdomThe area around the hotel is where the big city hospitals are, so drug addicts and people lurking made the area feel a little unsafe and dirty, so not pleasant coming and going late as a solo female. Really nothing wrong with the area though - using the public bus was very easy and friendly. The area is a mix of housing, hospital and industry. It's quick into central Boston.
Good hotel, excellent breakfast with waffles, omelettes, cereal, bagels, etc. Swimming pool available to use. Friendly staff
