We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaFirst, the ice machine and the elevator were out of service. The representative was charming to offer a room on the first floor. However, I had no intentions of looking at the parking lot, a half-empty mercy pool, and light shining directly in the window.
It was near to the event venue. The room was clean, pleasant, comfortable, and quiet. The representative was professional and helpful even though she had to keep apologizing for the none functioning elevator.

United KingdomThe emergency exit by our door (room 141) was accessible to anyone to get into the hotel as it was broken.We asked to be moved but there were no rooms available.The pool was advertised on booking .com as open .This was the main reason we booked,but it was closed by the public health .We were told by the front desk.We had booked for 6nights,but checked out the following morning.The bed was very comfortable and room was lovely and clean.We felt let down by the safety aspect and no pool as it was 96degrees F.

United States of AmericaThe sheet rock around the shower head was coming off, big hole around it. No toilet paper in the room, beds were not as comfy as reviews said they were. It was all OK, but shower needs fixed and stock rooms better with supplies.

United States of AmericaAt times the wifi in the room was a bit spotty but we got an excellent corner room. Overall I'd recommend this hotel. It's Dallas, maybe I should get a car next time.
The room was big and clean. The staff was friendly. There were some good restaurants within walking distance but it's better to have a car (we didn't). We mainly took buses and walked a ton. Free breakfast was included and it was good.

United States of AmericaThe TV didn't work right, I don't know if the signal is bad there or what the problem was but the only channel I could get clear and actually hear was cnn. I tried to contact the front desk staff but I got no answer.
I got the front counter changed my room because I have a bad hip which was nice and he was very friendly. The room appeared clean. The shower was hot. Since I couldn't get the TV to work and couldn't reach the staff they did adjust my room rate slightly to compensate for that.

United States of AmericaOne of the front desk staff lady was rude and looked really annoyed at every question I'd ask. The first day I checked in, the other friendly front desk guy guided me to the restrooms at the lobby when I asked. But when I was checking out and had asked the rude lady about going to the lobby restroom, ironically the restroom went out of order. Hope she learns how to be nicer to the guests.
Most of the staff were super nice, the rooms were really comfy and for the price in that location this is probably the best value you can get.
