We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The side door we parked near at wouldn't open a few times. Also the room keys stopped working on our 2nd day, my husband had to get new ones from the front desk staff; which was fine. I felt the front desk staff wasn't very friendly. They were not rude but it seemed they were not happy to be there. I feel the pillows were not very comfortable. Maybe have one firm and one soft for each side.
The breakfast was excellent with many various choices and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The room size was excellent and the hotel location/parking was great. Everything was clean and I liked how there was an ice machine room and an indoor pool if we wanted to use it.

Breakfast was ok-have had better breakfasts in past at same site. Fitted sheets did not stay in place at corners. Although did not require daily housekeeping on several day stay, had to hunt someone down to get clean towels when there was no one at front desk.
Location is very convenient for our needs. Front desk staff friendly.

One concern would be wet tile floor from pool. It was marked but still could be a hazard to those coming and going thru the hallway. Also weird placement of faucet in corner of sink and soap dispenser was pretty high up on wall to use comfortably.
Front desk personnel and all staff were helpful and friendly. Room was fine. Pet walking areas were clean and well marked.

Bed could have been more comfortable. So-so breakfast of the typical variety.
Very convenient to I-70, quiet- even though parking lot seemed full, spacious room with walk-in shower. Really got a kick out of each room having a unique, entertaining photo outside the door, to help you find your place. No strong cleaning odors.

Would like to have gotten towels the 2nd day there. Housekeeping never stopped by.
Very comfortable and relaxing. Love the shower and water pressure. Bed was so soft. We both slept great. Plenty of room to move around.

We went back to enjoy the pool on Monday night and it was closed!!! We weren't able to swim on Tuesday either. It was one of the main reasons we chose your hotel!! So disappointed!!
We loved our stay with you. The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable! We love to water walk and we spent an hour walking in your pool. The water was the perfect temperature.

The fitted bed sheets did not fit the bed well so they did not stay on. Our toilet got plugged but we asked for a plunger and fixed it ourselves...no worries.

There was a issue with my heat, but the young lady at the front desk quickly moved me to another room the next morning. The only other thing is it was alil pricey..

There’s construction on the corner intersection to enter the property with very poor traffic signals making it very difficult and dangerous to turn into the hotel property. Once I finally got to the hotel I didn’t want to leave again due to the congestion and high chance of accidents.

The beds were fine-my wife liked them but I thought they were less comfortable than other places we stayed.
The facilities were clean and the staff members were friendly. The breakfast was pretty good--particularly compared to some of the other hotels we stayed at on this trip.

No extra seating in the room. Just 2 beds.

pool could have used a good cleaning but it was ok. used the pull out couch for my grandson and there was food all under the couch. I did tell the staff and they took care of it. the floor in the breakfast area was very sticky.
