We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was great! Everybody was so nice and professional, and the hotel was very clean. However, I felt my room was outdated, except for the shower—that was very nice.

CanadaRoom needs renovation but was super clean. Having a window that can open might help to change the air. The only thing I would eat in the breakfast was fruits and a yogourt. Can be improve. —- overall we enjoyed our stay because of the amazing services we get.
