You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaIt seems there was a dog previously in our room, and when we arrived, our black socks collected hair, which my son is allergic I went to the lobby, and the front desk provided me with a vacuum and tape per my request. He apologized, it wasn't a big deal, as we had noticed an allergic reaction before.

United States of AmericaThe room curtain is for looks instead of function and doesn't close, so the room was too bright at night with all the lights outside. The barn door on the bathroom kept sliding and wouldn't stay shut to have privacy. The a/c is pretty loud when it kicks on.
The breakfast was great-the omelets were yummy, but the waffle machine was out of service. Everything was full otherwise and there was enough seating. Beds were really comfortable. The employees were kind.

Liked almost everything - from breakfast to value of the hotel to cleanliness. Also great location with it being in Centennial, Colorado. Slept well on the comfortable king-sized bed. Awesome shower.

Breakfast was good with changes in the hot dishes each day. The staff worked so quickly to keep everything supplied. All the staff we encountered were friendly and nice, and the outstanding person was Melinda Espinosa, on the front desk.
