We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Breakfast was ok, we have a gluten sensitive family member and there are never enough options. The woman working the breakfast area earns her keep, she's a hard worker and friendly! I love the amount of hooks in the room where you can hang wet items, one thing I always need and you had it! Front desk was always friendly whether coming in or leaving, we were always greeted.

United States of AmericaWe did no like the breakfast. It was very poor. Flavor and choices were minimal. And it tasted like the cheapest quality food that you all could find. I am referring to the hot food only.. the eggs, bacon, sausage, breakfast sandwiches. If you're going to include the breakfast in the cost, it has to be a little better. It didn't ruin the stay, but it was not worth the cost. And I don't mean you all have to get the most expensive food, but a nice middle of the road would be good. It just seemed like I was eating a bunch of cheep, microwave food. The waffles, juice, oatmeal, muffins, fruit, were all excellent, but those that I mentioned before, were not.
I liked the room.. the bed was actually comfortable. I didn't leave with a aching back.

United States of AmericaMy room was infested with bugs!!! I told the woman at the front desk in the morning when we discovered them. She said we could switch rooms but since my son is special needs who doesn’t do well with change (was hard getting him to sleep there the first night) and has a ton of equipment, that wasn’t an option. Asked if they could just clean the room while we were out. Came back around 3:00pm and we’re relaxing in the room and found a ton of more bugs. So i went back to the woman at the front desk upset. She told me it was after 11:00am so there was no one who could clean the room and that they didn’t clean while i was out. Also i couldn’t switch rooms because i didn’t tell her earlier. I repeated again my son is special needs and we couldn’t switch room. She then offered me cleaning supplies so i could clean the room myself… i asked to speak to a manager since she didn’t care and was unwilling to help. She then told me there was no manager and no one else i could talk to. So i asked if she could call a manager to resolve this issue or for me to talk too. She said she wouldn’t do that and there was no one to call… that i could call on Monday….this was Saturday afternoon! So after leaving upset i had to call booking.com customer service since i didn’t know what else to do. Well the customer service person called the manager and spoke to them… but the front desk employee wasn’t able to speak to their own manager…. Makes no sense! Well i ended up having to go to the store to buy bug spray and spray the room down and clean all the surfaces! While cleaning we found boogers smeared all over the mattress under the sheets. White crusty bodily fluids sprayed all over the bottom of the bedframe. I don’t think they even cleaned this room before we arrived!!! Absolutely disgusting!!!
I did enjoy the heated pool, it was great for my son’s physical therapy. The continental breakfast was delicious! One of the kitchen woman even offered to make me a plate when she saw me struggling with my special needs toddler. I really appreciated that. There was no requested crib in the room so the nice front desk man personally brought one up to the room immediately for us!

United States of AmericaAt the very least the hotel should have offered to move us to another room. Instead I was told there was no manager available due to the holiday. This was a bad experience and I was traveling with my Mom. No one should have to deal with a hotel’s lack of proper maintenance.
The bathtub did not drain. Imagine coming in after a long day, your only day in town, to find that you are bathing in your own dirty water. It was disgusting and a disappointment that we will not repeat. No one offered to make it right. Not that night or thereafter. Find shelter elsewhere.
