You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pool Quality could be improved
I like the property especially because of its staff. The lady on the desk during the night promised me that she would leave some notes and recommendations for the next day travel to Grand Canyon. And i was so amazed to see in the morning that very structured hand written notes along with Maps were handed to me by “shy” (sweet girl in the morning shift). I must apologise to the person who prepared all the notes for forgetting her name. But her recommendations made my trip very efficient and specially the city of “Williams” (neat and beautiful town on route 66) More positives - - A burritto restaurant at 2 minutes walk (only drive thru is open so if you are walking, place your order at the collection counter) - Adjacent Gas station, that too with very helpful staff (gave good recommendations for Route 66) - Designated smoking area next to parking - Souvenir magnets (must buy at the hotel as they are cheapest here)

The room was very easy to get to. The check in staff was nice and helpful. The bed was comfy, the room felt spacious, and the breakfast was really good. They had fresh cookies and coffee in the lobby and they were really good. Walking distance to a trail and to food.

Not enough seats for breakfast. The recwptuonist clerk didn't look at me for 1 minute, while on her phone, when I was waiting in front of her to ask for a plunger because the restroom was clogged. The hottub was out of service. Rooms are a bit small

Had to park across the street cause I had a trailer with my vehicle. Things are kind tight there so I understand
Clean Room. Comfy raised beds . Nice pool and Jacuzzi. No Jets working though. Free cookies during the day Decent breakfast . The lady worked her reader end off. Keeping things filled . I tipped her for her efforts.

Nice and comfortable room with friendly staff and free cookies, coffee all day. Breakfast had good selection and the staff kept tidying the breakfast area constantly. Indoor pool was a plus especially when we were there it was snowing and very clean.

The breakfast the first morning was only warm, not hot, same with the coffee.
Beds were comfortable, lots of soft pillows, the tv was nice with lots of choice of stations to watch, easy access to level 2 from the parking lot.

The room is very poorly insulated against sound. You hear every footstep of people above you and conversations of those next to you (if speaking louder);and, of course, the constant trains of Flagstaff. The air conditioner does have feature for constant fan, but the fan doesn't make enough noise to help. One definitely needs to bring own white noise source!
The front desk gal was friendly & accommodated an early check in for me; calling me when room was ready. The bed was comfortable. I prefer hotter water for showering, and it was very hot.

I prefer slightly harder pillows. More options at breakfast would be nice. Room had a slight ammonia smell.
