We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaDefinitely one of the smaller rooms we have stayed in for a Hampton Inn. Outdated furniture, the room/window was very close to the parking lot/parked cars with only a rolling blind, no curtains for opening the blind to allow sunlight in the room and have any privacy.

United States of AmericaThe property was in need of updates. For the price, the furniture was showing wear and the common areas were tired and worn. There were warnings in elevator about kids and hall noise, but there were multiple instances of children running up and down the halls late at night with no supervision. Also, the breakfast area was over run with kids unattended.
The property was convenient to the interstate and to my destination. The bed was comfy and the room was a large and clean.
