The check out girl acted like we were an inconvenience to her, very unfriendly.

*This hotel was remodeled in 2018, however it is already developing mold in the bathrooms. *The Hot Tub needs some serious work. *The rooms could be cleaner.

The staff was amazing! apparently the old manager that many of the reviews mentioned is no longer there. Comfortable bed. Somewhat clean. Great Breakfast.

The rooms are tiny and the highway is right in back of it so you hear traffic right through the walls.

this is only my opinion but I thought the bed was hard but keep in mind that my bed at home is a memory foam /gel mattress with a 2 inch memory foam topper on it . and the housekeeping did not replace the coffee .. tissues or cups etc but front desk immediately brought them to me when I asked . and did not put the sheet back on the bed when they made it. but non of that is a dealbreaker for me. like I said that’s my opinion. I will definitely stay again

Pool was loud (we tried twice to go the pool) and front desk was told that alcohol drinking was being done in the hot tub and nothing was done.

There was some hair in the bath, the maid didn't take out the trash or replace the toilet paper when it ran out.

The staff was very friendly and I was able to get the toilet paper from the front desk with no problem. The rest of the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel had some of the best breakfast for a hotel that I've eaten.

Our 1st floor room was very damp. The bedding always felt wet. No matter what you did with the AC/Heat, it never felt dry.

The only down side was literally across the street is a vacant truck stop that had people in the parking lot every time we passed and the very large adult store that seemed like it maybe was also vacant? Hopefully more businesses will come to the area to help it not feel so desolate.

The hotel was pretty updated and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice— lots of room to set up the pack and play for my son to sleep in and had a large mini fridge — which was helpful for bottles.

The facility looks old, and the bed creaks. The chairs creak as well. The location also is a little in the middle of nowhere food wise - its a drive for anything good to eat. Everything else is fine to great.

Overall - good stay for a budget. Breakfast is decent - eggs, sausages, cereals, and cinnamon rolls are available as well as the standard juices and yogurts, etc. Staff is very warm and professional, and pool is heated and enjoyable.

The drape didn’t reach the bottom of the window. So as soon as it got light outside, it was light in the room.

The bathroom sink and floor needed cleaned better in the room. Under the edge of the sink was pretty disgusting. Staying across the hall from the pool was very loud. Other guests were drinking in the pool area while their kids swam, it was not family friendly at that point.

Breakfast had a good selection. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and tried their best to accommodate. I loved the cats outside! They were so pretty and very friendly.

The only thing that creeped me out a bit was the grout work at the outside bottom corner of the bathtub. (Room 240) There was a huge water bug (hard shell, not a roach) that hung around the corner. I'm too big a baby to kill it and hear the crunch. :-\

Everything was very nice! The staff were super. We got lost and was delayed getting there and the front desk clerk called to check on us! The lady that checked us out was super nice and made check out a breeze.
