You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaA hockey team of 10-12 year-old boys and their parents were disrespectful, loud, took over the lobby for hours at a time. Parents apparently that staff would babysit the boys in the lobby while parents went out of the hotel for dinner& drinks. 8 kids were playing hockey just outside my room on 3rd floor, plying with small nets & hockey sticks hitting room walls & doors. I had to step into hallway twice after 9 pm to let them know it was unacceptable. I told front desk about that situation and saw that staff was also trying to get boys under control in lobby. Entitled parents & entitled kids on a select hockey league outing. Our previous stays in same hotel when school-sanctioned track or basketball teams stayed there posed NO problems. It would be great to only allow school-sanctioned teams with adequate chaperones.

I loved the staff, genuinely friendly and helpful. I liked the pool area though a drain system should be installed into the floor. I liked the rooms and bathrooms, clean and neat as well as nice. Loved the pillows! The beds were supportive without pitted areas from previous use though they are a bit on the firm side. This is much better than bowed or too soft, it’s just good to know so you can bring a thin topper if you want. We use hiking air mattresses often in this scenario and they work great. The breakfast was delicious and simple and they had a few extra things that were nice like hot drinks always available, cookies in the evening, hand sanitizer wipes in your bathroom next to the makeup removers. It was not necessary, but was nice.
