We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaTaking the extra $ money out. I had already prepaid for my room and then they asked for more once I got there. $20.00 more. I stayed at another hotel recently and they did not charge any extra, besides what was on booking.com as the total amount. Nothing extra, not even for a debit card, and no other hotels did this, this whole year when I stayed other places. Also, staff could be a tad friendlier and talk to customers, saying hello, good morning, etc., instead of just walking past the customers without saying a word.
Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, breakfast was good, staff was okay.

Was not sure if I could have had room cleaned at some point during our 4 night stay—-clean towels, trash removed, etc. There were also little brown bags of treats as we were checking out. Wasn’t sure what was in them and if they were complimentary. Was not explained to me by the person checking me out and I was to shy to ask.
Friendly staff. Breakfast choices were good. Beds were comfortable.

United States of AmericaMy kids wanted to swim and my husband and I had two loads of laundry to be done. The laundry room was 10-15 steps from the pool. Convienant! I read all the rules of the indoor pool area. Pool closed a 11pm, no glass beverages, and no swimming under intoxication. My husband and I walked the kids to the pool. I had laundry that I started while the kids were supervised by my husband. I came back to the pool area with my adult can beverage in my day attire. My kids were the only ones at the pool. My husband would step outside occasionally to smoke in designated area while I sat with the kids. He changed out the last load of laundry and brought me one more adult beverage to the pool area. During this time, a man did come in to swim. We were very respectful in that my kids stayed in their area of the pool and I scrolled on my phone quietly. After the laundry completed, we went to our rooms. The next morning when I check out, there are two notices taped to the host desk. One-No alcoholic beverages consumed in public areas. Two- Pool closes at 10pm instead of 11pm. While our stay was relaxing after two long days in Branson, I was disappointed that someone complained. I figured it must have been the guy in the pool since we were the only ones there. My husband never had a beverage. We had our regular clothes on from the day-so we did not swim. I think the management could have addressed any problem with me personally. Luckily, we were only staying for one night.
I loved how welcoming and informative Darryl was upon our arrival. We wanted pizza, an adult beverage, and to do laundry during our stay. The hotel had a nice laundry area. Pizza was delivered to the hotel from Obie’s. Great recommendations! The main reason for our stay here was the indoor pool for my 12 and 14 year old sons. We’d spent two days in Branson and wanted some down time before traveling to our next vacation destination. I would highly recommend this hotel for cleanliness and welcoming staff. We did not have breakfast but, I did see a nice layout. The property is secluded away from shopping and traffic. It was only 2-4 miles to nearby restaurants, gas, and shopping (which was perfect).

The hotel was nice. The inside pool was great. The breakfast was good the first morning.
