The room was very "tight" with very little space between furniture. The mattress on the king bed was very hard. (Apparently it was new) We opened the sofa bed and found it had not been cleaned inside or underneath in a long time.

The game area was good except that there were record high temperatures the day evening we were there so it was hard to enjoy it. The pool was good and the breakfast options were as well.

The rooms are dated, ours had a peculiar smell, carpet was not very clean. Rental equipment, like canoes or other little boats were very expensive and not in good condition. The air conditioning in the breakfast room was too cold.

Breakfast was good, lots of choices, fresh fruit, juices, eggs different styles, newspaper every day. The beds were comfy, microwave, refrigerator and sink for washing dishes in the room. the location was pleasant, the hotel offered a small beach for swimming.

Our A/C unit was very noisy & the ceiling fan knocked in one room but not in another one we stayed in later.

Older hotel that has been updated in a nice coastal style. It has a sandy beach on the gulf with plenty of chaise lounges & palm trees to watch the sunset. Large outdoor Tiki Hut bar. Dog friendly!

Room wasn’t great. Air conditioning blew right into your face in bed, poor lighting in room. Had a ripped desk chair that was replaced with another chair with a rip. No fan in bathroom.

Beach and pool were really nice as were the view and location.

The AC unit was quite loud and did not have a remote. The walls are extremely thin, I was able to hear my neighbor snore 😀

Decent location with a small artificial beach and pool. Breakfast was alright, but staff and coffee were good. Room was spacious, clean and everything was working.

The room we stayed in, room phone didn't work, if I needed to concat front disk, I had to use my cell.under beds were dirty.

The rooms air conditioner was very loud at times but you get used to it. One of the beds in the room had hairs on the sheets when we pulled back the covers so we used the other one which was clean. The room had a dank smell but you open the sliding glass doors and it airs it out. These issues were not a deal breaker for us because we’ve seen worse.

Nice property but you can tell that the rooms were dated. The pool was warm and not so crowded. They had a small beach area with paddle boats and kayaks for guests. Breakfast was do it yourself waffles, premade omelets and breakfast meats. Pastries, fresh fruits, hot and cold cereals, and lots of other things to choose from.

The bed was very uncomfortable and could use more pillows. The handicap shower was not good, because no matter how we tried to keep water inside shower area, it flowed over the lip on to floor, causing the water to run throughout the floor area. This caused another possible slipping accident and definitely a safety hazard if using electrical outlets to blow dry hair while standing on a wet floor.

Beach area, pool, room was large and appreciated the chair, table and luggage rack. Bathroom was spacious, breakfast was great with many selections. The staff were very accommodating all were very friendly

Last time we stayed here, a couple of years ago, the canoes, paddle boards, and little boats at the beach were free to use for guests, this time, we had to rent. Didn't like this given the price of the rooms which is quite high for the relatively small rooms.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Especially Angie, the breakfast attendant! Everyone has a smile for you even when they are obviously busy. Great service and great breakfast! Also a nice little necessities shop on site.
