I didn't like that there was no hot tub . I feel that there should be a certain age like 16 and up allowed in gym. we was trying to work out and for a minute there was like a 2 and maybe 5 yr old trying to play on tread mill and screaming while there mom was in there .. also I feel pool should be open 24hr only certain age after 12pm . maybe hot tub rooms since yall have taken the one out from the pool.

The bed in the room was uncomfortable, to the point where I had severe back pain upon check-out after 3 nights. After I stripped the sheets, I found that the mattress was flipped over, and the pillow top was against the box frame. I was too nervous to see why it was flipped, so I left it be. This was in room 210.

I liked the fact that the hotel staff was very professional and attentive to any of the needs that I addressed. They went above and beyond even when there was an issue with my check-in. I also loved the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly, and I really mean this. They have an outside stray cat named "Hampton" that was the sweetest, most friendly cat I've ever come in contact with. You see, I have a service animal whom is a female tabby cat that I had to leave at home. She comforts me with my severe PTSD that originated from my time in Iraq when I was a combat medic in the Army. Hampton could somehow sense that I was having a rough time and when I went outside to sit on the bench to cry in peace, she rubbed against me and even jumped up into my lap, comforting me at a time when I needed it the most. I never expected this from a hotel, but that is top-notch in my book. They even built her a little house outside to keep out of the elements. I'm thoroughly impressed.

Cost us over $200/night for 2 nights was there for basketball travel tournaments. Very dated, run down, no hot tub, breakfast was horrible, elevator kept getting stuck wouldn't work some times. No microwave in room, no dresser just metal crates. Just very dissatisfied with our stay because of quality of the hotel for the price.

For the price of almost $300 for 1 night, the rooms could have been nicer. Old decor, no bathroom fan, lighting was terrible. Breakfast was mediocre at best. They were out of waffle batter. The floor was sticky apparently some one spilt juice and it wasn’t properly mopped up.

Very outdated in room and lobby and hallways. In main hallways downstairs near lobby open doors in several of rooms were open storage and supplies and laundry. you don’t see that anywhere near the lobby in most hotels. The room we stayed had very basic outdated furniture

Property was very out dated and did not seem up to other Hampton standards we have stayed in. Not very welcoming upon arrival. Owner was sitting on phone in lobby. Instead of checking us in, he went to find someone else to check us in. Then that person had to find someone else to complete our check in. This hotel was not worth nearly $200 we paid for one night.
