Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe paper plates / bowls at breakfast and plastic forks feels very wasteful and bad for the environment
Great location, great to have breakfast included as not all do and it saves time finding places to eat before heading off for a packed day of sightseeing

Irelandthe gym equipment was broken and not attended to after reporting the issue twice - not only was this inconvenience a major disappointment as I could have gone to a near rival hotel that had no gym - this was the clincher for this hotel for me choosing it, broken equipment in a gym is a legitimate health and safety concern and a litigation magnet! Breakfast wasn't great, however it seems to be the norm in the USA at this price point/level - lack of healthy options at breakfast is a disappointment.
breakfast usual US stuff/OK. Room was good and clean. Check in & check out was excellent and very rapid - impressive! The only real gripe from me is the GYM; I didn't mind that it was small however the equipment wasn't working - both treadmills were broken and this was reported every day during the stay and not resolved...

United States of AmericaLong wait for elevator . Request for lower floor at reservation and check in due to husband’s heart condition and past experience of long elevator wait times was not available . Husband not able to tolerate stairs on the 20th floor … changed to 11 th floor … still a struggle for husband . Hopefully request for lower floor will be accommodated for future trips to NYC ( December) .

United States of AmericaThe facilities at the hotel were just ok, for the price I would've thought it would be better actually, it seems outdated and small
The breakfast is excellent, a lot of variety, great! The room was ok, nothing fancy, I was actually expecting more for some reason, the pictures I think looked different than we I saw it in person, but overall ok. I only stayed for one night, the location was great, close to Times Square, food & more. I didn't know there was no parking, so vallet is $75/night.

United States of AmericaI stayed at this hotel March 29th 2024 which was Good Friday. I'm not coming back to this hotel again. Their internet service was down so they had to check us in manually meaning I had to sit and wait till they call my name to check me in. When I finally get a room they give me a room that belong to somebody else luckily the people weren't there. There was t-shirts on the bed shoes on the floor fold their clothes on the desk so I walk out and go downstairs and tell them that the room belong to someone else. When I finally get my room the refrigerator isn't really cold. The TV is horrible in there they don't hardly have any channels that work they all say lost signal you get very few channels. No channels with any TV shows to watch because of the lost signal. Honestly I don't recommend this there's a hotel across the street called the Hyatt it's better to stay there even though you check out is at 11 and not 12
I like that the room was clean. The staff it was friendly and nice. The place did look clean. I did like the fact that check out was at 12:00 instead of 11 like a lot of other hotels in that area

United States of AmericaThe rooms were very cramped, enough space for the beds and having to pretty much shimmy between them and the dressers, but you get what you pay for. The glass bathroom shower doors were precarious and kept coming off their tracks when trying to open them. Cleanliness was so-so but it was servicable
Location was good and central to a lot of the city, free breakfast until 10 and coffee always available was also not half bad especially for being in the city. Staff was pleasant to communicate with as well

ArgentinaThey didn't want to move my check in for one day and led me to cancel the full reservation only for me to find out that re-booking would cost me ove 25% extra. There were no reasons to refuse the earlier check in since the rooms were available and it was a weekday anyway. Breakfast room was packed always. Elevators during breakfast times impossible to be used.
Great location and very good price for my stay. Breakfast was great.

United States of AmericaOnline the room said it fit 4 people, but that's really for 4 people uncomfortably. As a tourist, I wasn't expecting the room to be huge, but I envisioned it a little bigger for sure. I was disappointed about the size of the room.
