    The thermostat didn't seem to work right and would make the room much hotter than set to. Minor issue since the temperature was about right to just turn off the heating for sleeping

    There were some guests who got into a physical fight and the police (several) had to be called. Looks bad on the hotel to have rowdy guests.

    This hotel was very clean. We had a pet woth us therefore we had a pet room and we couldn't tell it was a pet room.

    Ac wasn't that great, the doors were warped so didnt shut completely Bathroom shower needed cleaned

    The bathroom vent was broken creating a damp, hot environment while getting ready.

    It was fresh and clean. Comfortable beds. The pool was really nice and the staff was helpful.

    Did not like breakfast. Only ate a waffle. The juice machine was down. The water was in an open pitcher. The sink in the room drained slow. There was rust /discoloration on the shower edges. The toilet didn't flush well

    The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The elevator was down, so they gave me a room on the first floor.

    The elevator wasn’t working. The juice machine wasn’t working. When got dressed in the morning our clothes and shoes felt damp.

    The air conditioning really needs fixed. The lobby was hot, the hallways were hot, the air conditioner in the room barely kicks out enough air. Glad I brought my fan from home. The shower curtain is like a liner, not even long enough. Water went all over the floor. Bathtub is slippery and needs a mat or something you can put inside.

    Did not eat breakfast. The lobby was so warm and uncomfortable that I didn’t even bother.

    the ac was out in the lobby...the concessions area items (mostly candy bars) were damaged but still purchasable. Security doors were propped open. Elevator door didn't work were well.

    Employees/management/owners in the common area conducting business and working. They were loud and even using the F word.

    It is starting to look run down and the floor I stayed on smelled. It's a shame because Hampton stands for quality.

    I didn't eat the breakfast. The location was perfect. Local restaurants choose where wonderful.

    That I was charged an extra $100 without consent because they assumed I smoked in the room and tried to charge an extra $200 as well but that didn’t come out so I’m confused on why I have some much money coming from my account without consent.

    The front desk workers were amazing, friendly and very welcoming, they even took time to find my booking, after a long search they just matched my booking price. The breakfast provided was vey nice and made sure there was always enough for everyone.

    Was not happy when was told the pool and whirlpool was closed never got any clean towels or room service in three days I was there won't go back

    Standard wifi did not work, so I used my phone data plan instead. I find it unacceptable that I should have to pay extra for “premium” wifi (i.e., wifi that works) in a hotel. This should be included. On my way home from Ohio I needed to stay another night in a hotel, and I avoided Hampton Inn for this reason. Holiday Inn Express hotels have never charged me extra for good wifi, so I stayed there instead. I’ll be avoiding Hampton Inns in the future in general for this reason, unless there are no other good alternatives.

    After driving for 10 hours we chose this hotel for the indoor pool. Upon arrival it was learned that the pool was closed for renovations.
