You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaDid not get room service every day. For $150 a day I would think you could get more than 2 days out of 5. They said they would come a third but did not show up. And GOOGLE MAPS has the wrong address for the office. Apple maps has it correct.

A great value for Miami. We were there to show at Tropical Park and the location was 10 minutes away and close to Kendall Mall for shopping. Complimentary breakfast was good. Room was clean, modern and spacious.

United States of AmericaIn a climate and extinction era, I would have expected the breakfast to have more plant-based items (like ANY plant-based milks) so that they have more eco and animal friendly items for everyone. But I was able to eat the oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts and some fresh fruit.
Good location in south Miami. I like that parking and breakfast were included. I like that they have a water bottle refilling station and recycling. It was a comfortable room.
