We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI had purposely booked this location for the pool and breakfast that was listed on the website. Upon arrival, I inquired what the pool hours were. The staff informed us that the pool was closed. It was around 9-10 pm, so I thought for the night and asked him when it opened in the morning. That was when I was informed that the pool was closed indefinitely due to the Health Department having closed it down until further notice. Then the next morning, the breakfast was below what I would expect from this hotel chain. Very little variety and unappetizing at best. It wasn't a horrible stay, but well below what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. The Best Western in Edina is a better stay by far and doesn't cost as much. I just feel that certain major amenities that are advertised on the website are not available, someone has a responsibility to post it rather than just letting guests be disappointed at check-in when it's too late to make a different choice. I travel 2-6 times a month from Fergus Falls, MN to Saint Paul, MN for work, so stay at hotels quite often at my own expense. I'm a bit wary of trusting the information on your website now, and won't be booking Hampton Inn again.
The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean, and the fitness center had plenty of clean hand towels available for use.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom floor could’ve been cleaner. There was a box elder bug in the middle of the floor when I first walked in, and dirt and dust build-up behind the bathroom door. The mattress was a bit harder than I like but not the worst I’ve ever slept on.
The coffee & bagels were fresh and good - that’s all I consumed.

United States of AmericaThe carpet in our room was I need to be cleaned or replaced if you walked on it with socks they would stick to the floor and if you didn’t , getting in the shower there would be black marks on the tub.
It was good could of had a little variation, after two weeks you will get tired of the same , so we would eat a little or go somewhere else in two week the same fruit which was green apples and oranges. It was good to have something, coffee was great.

United States of AmericaOnly 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people that staying 2 nights. On that second day, did ask for more and they did bring it up to our room which is very nice of that satff. On that first day we asked if there's any extra towel, front desk say yes but we have to go get it ourselves (there's no one she's assisting(diff staff). I thought front desk usually bring it to the room for us? Because a lot of hotel doing that.) and when we go down to get it, the only towel was given was a foot towel. Asking for the regular towel and she said that's all they have. I was very disappointed with the service she gave.

United States of AmericaThe location is run down and in need of a refresh. Laundry is listed as amenity, but is not available. Check in time is 3:00, but room not ready at 5:00 due to housekeepers (2) not showing up. Hot tub broken. We found out on the second day of our stay, that the door to our room did not lock. Snow from several days before had not been shoveled. Sidewalks and parking lot were very slippery. This is very unlike any Hilton property that I have stayed at before.
