The whirlpool was working correctly, i.e., the jets didn't work. I had no ironing board in my room. I had to request it a couple of times.

Everything, especially the pool! It was 86 degrees. The breakfast was great with a variety of selections.

The only things I did not like was that at one point in the elevator I must have got in behind someone smelling of Marijuana. Our bedroom door also seemed to be off track as it had a big gap in the lower part of it you could see the hallway lights. Also our shower amenities such as soaps and shampoo was not refilled so after our first shower we ran out luckily had brought some.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very big and accommodated my family well. I really liked that check out was at 11 that gave my family time to sleep in as well as enjoy the pool for a little bit and eat breakfast. The staff was extra kind and helpful.

Hot tub was down, no fresh towels at indoor pool, when we ask for extra we were told there were none until morning. Television didn’t work properly upon arrival. My son in law had to redo the connections and tinker with it to get it to work right. There also was a live cockroach on the bed comforter. Not saying the hotel has a roach problem, may have came from previous guest. But was there alive to greet us! Patio door off pool and pool access door did not work using any guests room key. Was difficult to watch kids swimming while cleaning the grill and patio area to cookout. I ended up using a boot to hold it open… Since every second counts in an emergency. Didn’t want to keep tracking dripping wet swimmers through the lobby.

The amenities is why we booked the “Staycation” to try to salvage spring break during an unexpected death and funeral.

TV cable was disconnected but was figured out and fixed. Remote control unit did not move channel to channel.

I left something behind, and they were nice enough to call and tell me and ask if I wanted it shipped. I said yes, and the employee on the phone said someone would call me the next day about shipping. No one called, they charged my card $10 to ship the item. The postage on the envelope was $9.65. They left out part of what was supposed to be shipped, and the item they did send cost $2-4 MAX to ship. I'll be paranoid about them randomly running my card again for awhile.

light from hall shone in on 3 sides of the door, was overcharged at checkout which was at 11 not 12. breakfast was not very good, undercooked sausage, overcooked potatoes, no spray for waffle iron so all the waffles stuck orange/apple machine not working, coffee in a different room not in breakfast area
