We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I checked in virtually, however, my room wasn't ready. I was given another room and arrived to find the door propped open. . Maintenance had been working on the lights in the bathroom along with other room on the floor. I called the front desk to report the matter and had to go back to be issued another room. Later, I found out the tub didn't drain properly. Maintenance was too backed up to fix it. The hotel resolved the issue by giving me a giftcard of my choice from their lock box. All the front desk staff was SUPER NICE and helpful. One name I remember is Megan.
The location was perfect for all the events I attended this weekend.

The shade wouldn’t pull down, the door wouldn’t open /close, the desk attendant did offer us another room.

A place to hang towels in the bathroom when we were done using them, so they could dry. I like to use towels more than once, but I like to hang them to dry.
Breakfast was very good and hot. The breakfast staff was super nice.

The close proximity to the children's hospital was great since we were only there because of it. The flexibility of check-in and the later check-out time was nice too.

Lighting in the room was poor, there were no cups for use in the bathroom. The front desk staff was not helpful or at all interested in solving the issue that had us waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half BEFORE she would give us a room assignment because the hotel's computer didn't yet show our CONFIRMED online booking. The staffer never made any effort to get us in a room, but rather, after a 1 1/2 hour wait, we called the booking.com agent, who then immediately called the hotel, directly, and took care of the issue! At check in, we felt more like an inconvenience than a guest, as far as the night clerk was concerned!
The lighting in the bathroom, shower water pressure and the provided hair dryer were all great. Beds were comfortable and the TV very nice.

Carpet in rooms is a dislike of mine. I was disappointed that this particular hotel did not honor military discount. The online website had outdated Covid policies

My Dominant Mistress loved that she could paddle me as hard and long as she wished without anyone complaining. Sound proofing must have been good!! She thinks she left one rope tied to the bed! Sorry!

Bathroom was half updated and half from the 80's. Sink is a bit awkward with the spout in the corner, nice way to spill water all over the floor. I couldn't go straight up to my room with the new fantastic Bluetooth key app. I wonder if anyone has this luxury, I am 0 for 2 so far. Outside the hotel is loud from the sirens every hour in the night. Some renovation to the parking lot, some water dripping in the lobby but neither were a major issue to worry about.
The bed and breakfast was nice. In general it somewhat felt like a half modern Hampton Inn.

Front desk person was extremely nice but was never at the desk. Always had to wait a minute or more for them to come out. Once she got there, she was absolutely great.
Hotel was very close to WVU stadium. Standard hotel breakfast. Clean and quiet. Applebees restaurant next to parking lot. Hospital across the road, some sirens noise could be heard occasionally but not loud enough to wake either of us while sleeping.
