The flooring was a little dated and needed a good scrubbing. Staff did charge both of my cards even though I specifically told them that I was using a different card then what I reserved the room with.

The kids really enjoyed the pool. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the fridge was clean.

People smoking pot in rooms, (still illegal in New Hampshire, folks) making corridors smell. Rugs need replacing in rooms (Musty. Probably from people smoking in rooms that are non-smoking rooms-not the hotel’s or staffs’ fault.)Maybe a designated smoking area would help? But lots of people think the rules don’t apply to them. Lights in bathroom are possibly on an energy saving timer, or a switch was faulty, leading to the lights turning off while I was in the shower. Handle of shower doors was loose when I went to grab it in the dark, and suddenly slipped down, could’ve been very dangerous. (It was pitch black, so I couldn’t see where the inside grab bar was, in a bathroom I was unfamiliar with. Luckily my husband heard me calling, to turn the lights back on. Timers should be on fans, not bathroom lights. There was no fan, which there should be. I mentioned the incident to the nice gentleman at the desk, when checking out, and he was glad I mentioned it. I’m sure it is already fixed, as all the staff quickly responded to any issues I heard guests voicing.

The staff were friendly, fast and helpful. was never kept waiting. Location good; services offered were plentiful. Beds very comfortable. Room clean, busy breakfast area clean. Rooms were surprisingly quiet, despite a boisterous group staying . Lots of breakfast options available. If they ran out of something it was quickly replenished (one woman worked, keeping up the busy pace at a job that requires 3.) Juice dispenser was out of order the first morning of our stay, but fixed by the second-the juice was delicious. Coffee excellent. Laundry area on each floor; nice idea. Pool looked nice (a kids birthday party was being held, so didn’t go in-lots of 10 year olds screaming and giggling!). There was a fitness room, and a business center that looked nice, too.

The street location is a bit odd - it’s only accessible from two directions, so u-turns may be necessary to get in. In terms of decor, I found the rooms to be unusually dark and not well-lit.

Was attending a conference at a nearby hotel and stayed here because the room was a little less expensive. Loved the pool/hot tub area and appreciated having complimentary breakfast. The maintenance staff went out of their way to help me after I spilled something on the carpet - I was impressed with their chill attitude about it!

Great location -plenty of restaurant options nearby. Traveled with my dog & there was plenty of grass spaces for him to potty. Room was great as was the complimentary breakfast. All the staff was so nice. Overall, a great experience.

Rooms need a little bit of an upgrade, the aging of the building is showing. I think the room could have been stocked better. We ran out of tissue and toilet paper and had to call the desk to get some.

The little room in the corner near the ice machine turned out to be a laundry. We were disappointed that such a cool little spot was used for something so mundane it would have been cool if it were a cafe or cheese shop or perhaps even a book club meeting place.

It felt like we were amazed . It seemed everyone was so friendly it was hard to believe. Many astonished at the level of joy that was falling from not only the staff but the patrons and all involved. the level of service was probably better than even the better Hamptons and there are some good ones but baby go to Nashua NH and stay here and you will get what you think you hoped for which is more than most of us could have had otherwise. I wish I were there now. But I am afraid some may not share our affection for this special place and that makes me sad.

We LOVED the salt water swimming pool and hot tub. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient and reasonably quiet. The staff all around were very welcoming and helpful.

My room was clean, however the bathroom did have a bit of mold in the shower. Also, not a fan of the shampoo, conditioner, refill system. Both seemed more like water then actual

No individual toiletries! Do not care for the multi user ones they had at all. Shower door fell off the track when opened.

The pool and hot tub are very small. At times they were extremely packed and rowdy. The breakfast didn't have much options and by 8 am they were already running put of several of the few options they had.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and check in was super easy.
