The person at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude. I got there after check in time and she told me my room wasn’t ready. Didn’t even look me in the eye or explained why. When I asked for a time approximate for my room to be ready she replied to me very rudely that she didn’t know, that she just got there and that I should wait for her call. I would not recommend this hotel just based on the treatment I got. I’m very dissatisfied.

The location is great for the price, minutes from downtown and centennial park.

Check in at the earliest was 3. We arrived at that time and had to wait due to staff changing shifts. Seemed an odd time for that to be done. Breakfast room was so hot and humid I took my breakfast to my room. Preferred to sit there but started sweating!

Ice machine was temporarily unavailable. The outlet on the bedside lamp didn't work. Overhead another guest complaining about mold in their room.

Location was great. Four minute commute to my appointment and excellent choices of dinning within walking distance of hotel. Front Desk recommended great restaurant for dinner.

The breakfast room was quite dirty on the seats and even the wall switch was dirty. They didn't make our beds and we had to ask for clean towels

There were areas that could used some updating. The pool was not open during our stay, which was somewhat disappointing but not a deal breaker.

Location was a plus. The staff was very receptive to issues in the room that required some fixing. By the time we returned it was done that same day.

My room did not open, the door battery finished. But I missed the shared taxi so that costed me 20 USD with no compensation. Staff sold it, but I consider it bad maintenance. This should not happen.

The yogurt had artificial sweetener in it. The lights in the room were very dim, even after we requested brighter light bulbs.

I liked it that the hot water for tea was always quite hot. I had a good chocolate muffin for breakfast one day. the breakfast room was pleasant. the staff were pleasant and responsive.

I asked to use a different card at check in to pay for my room and they didn’t do it. I swiped my new card at check in. The room was still charged to my AMEX, and only the parking was charged to the new card. when I asked at the desk, they told me there was nothing they could do to fix.

it was a little loud but that was not the fault of the hotel. the pillows were a little small (3 pillows fit across on a full/queen bed).

Onsite parking is invaluable. Restaurants directly across the street. Close to interstate and easy to get to. cable tv was nice.

I knew they charged for parking, but it does not state a price on the web. They charge $25.00 a night. I believe that is a bit much. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The room could have used an exhaust system in the bathroom, it made the entire room feel damp after a shower and gave concerns about the potential for mold.

The staff were excellent! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great :) The location was fantastic value. Very close to the main strip on Broadway and Vanderbilt university giving lots of choices of things to do
