The carts were not available for us to transport our items to and from the room. They were occupied. Maybe you may need to invest in a few more.

We didn’t eat breakfast because we had a brunch event to attend. Everything else was good.

- If you plan to use this as a base to go into Manhattan everyday, the location wasn't that convenient. We knew that it's far, but we didn't realize how far it actually is, factoring in the different connections and walking. We also didn't feel comfortable making the commute later at night, so we made sure we'd start heading back from NYC to the hotel no later than 8 pm. - BUT that said, if you are looking for an airport hotel to spend a night before or after a plane trip from or to Newark Airport, this hotel is absolutely perfect. - The coffee could be a little stronger :) - On one side of the bed, there was no power outlet or USB port.

- The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! The same also goes for the shuttle drivers. One of them told us about (and dropped us off on his route) a bus (the 112) to Manhattan (Port Authority Bus Terminal) that was fast and convenient, and less than half the cost of the train from the airport to Manhattan (New York Penn Station). - Also the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, best hotel beds I've slept in!! - Everything was clean and functional. - And last but not least - the free breakfast was a nice touch.

The message I received stated that there's an airport shuttle every 30 minutes even late at night. But I waited for it for a long time until I realized it wasn't going to come so I just took uber (I couldn't make a phone call because I didn't change my USIM. If you arrive late at the airport, just give them a call for the shuttle).

The room was clean and comfy. I arrived pretty late at night ~2 am but there was a lady at the front desk who promptly checked me in and gave me the key. The shower was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfy.

Nothing not to like I had a good stay the shuttle service was excellent also. it runs all through the day going to the airport very convenient.

Very clean location. Nice breakfast great variety of breakfast foods pastries also available. There was fresh fruit. The hotel gave bottle water out daily. Fresh coffee in the lobby. This was for a 1 night stay over before departing the next day.

Minor note but I could hear noise from the next room but it wasn’t too bad and in bathroom there was one fixture on the wall to hang your towel that was broken.
