We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Our room 220 had a urine odor, especially near the a/c and window.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. The pool was a bit small so if you're traveling with family looking for a place with a pool this is probably not the spot. Other than that everything else was great.
Breakfast buffet was great! The place constantly had fresh coffee all throughout the day and night. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.

The shower head wasn't very good.

Everything was great
The staff was exceptional- from the front desk, housekeeping, to the breakfast staff!!! They were welcoming, asking if we needed anything, wishing us a good day and the front desk staff always addressed us by our name even those on different shifts. Will definitely come back. The breakfast was delicious and hot and changed a little each day. Also enjoy the coffee and tea that was always available and hot!!!

Everything was fine. No complaints.
The hotel was much cleaner than many we have been to in the past. The breakfast host was the sweetest and the food was very exceptional and had a few different things to choose from. The people at the desk at checking were very nice. Over all would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing specific to the hotel but getting out of the parking lot and into the traffic took a little more time that I would have liked. Turning right was not a problem but turning left cause a bit of waiting.
The staff was very polite and helpful. I had an issue with my room and they quickly handled it. The room was ideal for my expectations. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Getting to Destine was good without much trouble

You guys rock and we will book again!
The location was excellent and it was extremely quiet. We left each day to go into Destin and where the hotel was located it made the trip one of ease. The front desk personnel was on point from check-in to check-out. We were greeted coming and leaving. Karen even came to our room when the cable box needed to reset after the storm.

I didn’t like having the room next to the elevator it makes a lot of noise
Every everything was nice and fresh and hot. The coffee was good. The orange juice was good and the serving lady was very nice and helpful.

I appreciate that you had 4 pillows on each queen bed, but the pillows should be of differing firmness. They were all squishy and provided very little support. That made my sleep much more restless than I had hoped for.
Breakfast was great, I like that the hours accommodated our schedule. Very early on our first morning and later on the second.

Bathroom was smaller then the normal size that we were use to but I know you couldn't do anything about that of course. It's the way the hotel was built. Tried to sleep in and couldn't it was loud in the hallway and the people above us acted like they were having a party 😒 up there

The pillows and bed were not the most comfortable
The staff was so friendly. The rooms were clean and had plenty of amenities. The hot breakfast was great and had lots of variety. The location was conveniently located close to Destin, The AFB, and Okaloosa Island.
