We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The reservation host was pleasant. It was pet friendly, Check-in was easy, and I felt secure. They gave you a pass for your vehicle to know that you were staying at the hotel. You could only get in with your card through the gate, and overall the place was very very clean.

Receptionist was cheerful and helpful and understood the drama of your vehicle entrance with the DOT accident waiting to routing and control of interstate traffic.

The room had one of those hotel carpets you're uncomfortable walking barefoot on, it feels like dirt has just built-up over the years. We had sugar ants in the bathroom. Breakfast was super busy because the area was so small, and water and food was not refilled after like 9:45 even tho it said it was open until 10. the AC unit was super loud and dated. Elevator was super slow.
Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower with hot water. Easy access to the freeway and restaurants.

I liked the safety features, felt like a new hotel everything was clean. The breakfast was good and the front desk never complained if we needed anything.
