Was excited to use hot tub & pool.The pool water was very cold & little water in the hot tub so it splashed up in your face and globs of hair just floating around in the hot tub it was Gross made us leave the pool area.

The room was clean & spacious, the breakfast the next day was awesome.

pillow are small and not enough. The hotel ran very full and they were completely out of extra pillows every night.

It was fine - neither one of us are big breakfast eaters. My husband missed not having real creamer (1/2 and 1/2) for his coffee, but we bought some at local grocery store to accommodate him.

Our bed was comfortable, but not the best I've slept on. Pillows seemed a bit scrimpy. The bed covers were acceptable, but the liner of the quilt had a huge tear that made it easy to get an arm caught inside. We were disappointed that both treadmills were out of order in the fitness room.

The hotel had the appearance from the outside as run of the mill, but once inside, it was clear this was a newly renovated building. The front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was very clean and decorated in a contemporary style, and the amenities (coffee maker, coffee & such) were top notch. I loved that the hotel practices less waste by installing larger size, refillable shampoo, lotion, body wash containers! Room was quiet - not a heavily trafficked area. Breakfast was amazingly delicious & plentiful with healthy options in a clean, well-kept environment.

Hot tub and pool were dirty and the hot tub looked to be globs of little blacks hairs floating around when told staff no one was quite sure what to do. Never got clean the weekend we stayed.

located next to shopping and 2 major streets, but off the busy roads so quiet. great updates to rooms and lobby, and the workout room was well equipped. Breakfast was included, hot eggs waffles and toast. Coffee was good!

Staff was friendly at the front desk and breakfast! facility was clean and comfortable. the only problem was that the cleaning crew came to my door at 8:15 and woke me up. the. they came back around 9:30 when I was getting out of the shower. This was upsetting and I have never had this problem in hotels before. I tried to tell the front desk, but when I checked out at 10:30, nobody was at the desk for o we 20 minutes and they just had a basket to put room keys in. This was disappointing.

The hot tub was inoperable and the fact they had one had been a factor in selecting this hotel. Very disappointed we couldn’t use it.

Before touting yourself as newly renovated, you might want to be renovated. First room had dusty footprints on the un-carpeted floor. Second room was hardly better with what appeared to be grout dust on the bathroom floor. Clerk was lovely, but when she didn’t know how to help a caller she just asked them to call back at a later time when someone with more experience would answer the phone. What? How about finding the answer?

MY ROOM !! SO DARK in there , we struggled to get room light enough at times. . BATHROOM lighting is so dark , could not do makeup, why not offer a brighter option ??? . Shower rod was loose and not really installed correctly , shower curtain would not stay closed and water was spraying through. Needed to be LONGER to actully cover from end to end. However, I think it was because the rod was not hanging right. Toilet paper holder installed incorrectly, Cool design that flips open to replace roll, but it's installed wrong and every time you grab the paper it flips open and slides off. REALLY???????? Only one bath towel and a few washcloths when we got in room. Apparently hand towels were unavailable because I heard others asking at front desk as well. Positive note: WHEN we called down for more towels on arrival , She had them there right away, just no handtowels . Room was "clean" but the bathroom floor was not. Carpet in room was stained , which is so hard to see as a first impression.

Breakfast area was good, very busy on the weekend. Food selection was okay , at least there was hot food to eat and not just muffins , yougert and such. Coffee was great and I really appreciated having it fresh in the morning when I came down . NO lids for coffee , which did cause a problem when carrying a few cups but we managed. Front desk Staff were friendly and responded every time we came and went. There WERE cookies when we came in one evening which was a bonus at that time. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places to recharge all those electronics.Location was very good for what we needed, plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance .

The breakfast was lacking. Not a lot of options, no yogurt which is usually at all hotels and no fresh fruit.

The size of the room was nice. The curtains were definitely light blocking and the room stayed dark. The air conditioner worked and cooled down the room very quickly.

We only had 1 bath towel in our room. There was only one staff so she couldn’t bring us another towel. We were already in bed for the night….so it was quite inconvenient to get dressed in order to get a second towel.
