You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWe stayed in an handicap room on the 1st floor. The bathroom tub floor was very slippery. There were a lot of grab bars and you need it. We found out later that we had to request a tub mat front the front desk. It should have been a given. Even my husband found it to be slippery.
It was a good place to stay for the price.

United States of America1. Reservation for 4 and only 3 sets of towels. I never understand that. Air conditioning in room is loud I didn’t get any sleep but that seems to be the same everywhere. You need to stop the email that says masks are required. We all know vivid was a scam.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast sausage was not good. Overcooked or sat too long. Like a hockey puck. And since I have a gluten & dairy allergy, that was one of the only things I could eat that they offered for breakfast besides fruit.
My daughter accidentally left an air pod in the bed and with one phone call, the staff was able to find it and save it for us behind the front desk until we were able to pick it up 3 days later. Great honest service.

We never had a “ do not disturb “ sign posted nor did we leave anything’s on the beds or indicate that w did not want the service.

AustraliaThe female member of staff on the desk in the evening was surly, unfriendly and appeared uninterested. Eg We made a cup of tea at reception and the ern water was cold. When we told the reception lady, she just said ‘thanks’. No apology, no attempt to get hot water etc.

The walls are so thin I could hear every conversation in the other person's room next to us AND for $300+ a night, you would think they would ATLEAST have a microwave in their rooms!
