We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe outlet at the base of the night stand where you plug in to charge devices didn't work. Also, there was a large group of children whose parents put them all in one room and left them unsupervised. The kids were running up and down the halls, yelling and making too much noise. The hotel has a 10:00PM quiet time rule. I called the front desk a little after 11:30 and asked Nichole to speak to the parents and kids. She took care of it immediately! After that, we slept well.
The room was clean and comfortable.

United States of AmericaThe only flaw that I would give this hotel is that we were there three nights four days and only had two towels. The housekeeping came down our hall, but never came to our room.
The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores around. The rooms were great. And the staff was very accommodating.

United States of AmericaI only had one complaint which was no one’s fault really. It was cold and took far too long for my room to heat up due to the cold temperatures outside (11 degrees outside)
I loved the staff Everyone was really professional especially the lady that checked me in. Her name was Nicole and she was extremely thorough and relatable. She took her time with me and was very attentive to my needs and the needs of the other guests as they were coming in. The kitchen staff was also great. They went out of their way to cook something different due to my inability to eat pork. They all just went way beyond what was necessary to make me feel welcome and comfortable

United States of Americahonestly nothing comes to mind. they did run out of waffle mix at 8:30/9 for breakfast but i don’t like asking for things so there was plenty that i could choose from. every time i turned the corner i saw a guy coming and refilling so they were definitely attending the buffet, i even left some trash like at the edge and i had to go around the side to drop off the stuff in my hands to my son and not even a minute went by and i remembered and went to grab it and they’d already come and picked it up. it was clean and everything was stocked. they’d have known about waffle batter if i said something or some one else did but it wasn’t the hugest deal to me so i didn’t ask.
breakfast was good. staff was extremely friendly. Every single staff person i encountered was genuinely happy and nice and talked to my kids and made their stay better in my opinion. my kids speak and say hi to everyone and some people just ignore or say hi. everyone kinda had little conversations with them for instance when i was checking in or at breakfast or even just in lobby. made the boys feel important.

United States of AmericaThere were gnats in the lobby. They got into the container where the muffins were kept. They flew all around us when we sat in the lobby to eat. I suggested they put a sliced potato where the food was. The gnats will lay their eggs on the potato and eventually they will all die.
The hotel was clean and the staff was helpful, friendly, and professional.

United States of AmericaThere was no microwave in our room. We were able to use the microwave in breakfast area. One of the elevators are down but the wait for the elevator wasn't bad and we used the stairs too.
Our stay was nice and quiet. Room was clean..Bed was comfortable. We forgot a few items but was able to step out and go next door to the 7/11 store and come back. Breakfast was good. You had a choice between making waffles. They also had bacon, eggs, oatmeal, pastries, cereals, coffee, juices available. Would stay again.
