You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nice, clean, and very friendly. They stated I was the "guest of the day" it was awesome. I got a goodie basket, my own parking spot, and they upgraded my room.

United States of AmericaTwo queen bed room had absolutely no furniture. The only items were a wall mounted desk and a small, uncomfortable chair with wheels. No additional chair, recliner, couch, table, or anything else. Room was very small, mini-fridge had no small freezer.
Breakfast was good with many selections. Could have been better with real, not turkey sausage, but still very good. Check-in and check-out digitally was wonderful. Bathroom and shower roomy and were excellent. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows.

I manager for a restaurant and breakfast had good choices, but hot food needed to stay hot! The sausage that morning was cold and apon eating one piece made me sick for the whole day! It didn't taste like sausage should.have been and made everything else that I chose to eat just as bad!😞

United States of AmericaOur room smelled like urine, there was a dress left in the closet from a previous customer. The mini fridge didn't seem like it was getting cold enough. The black stuff at the bottom of the door to help close and seal it was tore off on one side enough that you could slide stuff under the door. Having staff working that can't sell you alcohol on a Friday or Saturday night because they weren't old enough.

CanadaThe tv needs a guide…when we’re travelling we always like to know the weather (most of the hotels we’ve stayed in have a guide button on the remote) so if the main channels were on a card it would be easier to find. Other than that we were happy to treat ourselves to night at the Hampton.
