I did not like the parking situation. There was not even parking. I also did not like the breakfast hours. We needed to leave early to get on the road, I wish breakfast had started at 3.

I was surprised that there was a fee for the parking at the property.

Breakfast was good and the dining room was inviting. The hotel was located near restaurants and other services, which was very convenient.

I needed a handicap room because of mobility issues. The only thing the room had was one grab bar in the shower/tub. The description of "accessible " is misleading. The street noise late in the night was disturbing. One of the vehicles in the parking lot was vandalized. Fir the price, I was disappointed.

The breakfast selection was less than impressive. Minimalism is overt since COVID, no daily room service and only get free service once during our stay, stingy on toiletries and have to ask at desk for more and for clean towels. (Will this EVER return to full service or will it be an excuse to keep these changes?) What REALLY aggravated me was that when we toted all our stuff up to the room, we discovered we were NOT given the type of room we booked. They "didn't have any left" and didn't even tell us that while we were checking in. Was the thought, oh-they-won't-wanna-bother-to-change-once-they-entered-the-room? I called Booking and received good assistance as the hotel manager immediately called and told us they had one but weren't sure it was CLEANED. Really? He checked and withing 5 minutes told us it was and we could get keys at the front desk. We were not happy with this treatment. They should've told us immediately and at the very least offered some sort of compensation for our troubles. This DEFINITELY colors our opinion of Hampton Inns and we will have to think twice before making this our first choice in accomodations.

The room size was good. Very clean hotel. Cookies - a nice touch.

The front desk day manager was surly. We arrived an hour before Check-in and we’re brusquely told no early check in. I could understand that but her attitude was very off putting, not at all friendly. Wouldn’t even give us a couple of bottles of water because we didnt book directly through the hotel. Needs a little training in customer service!!

Nothing fancy but comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. The breakfast was okay, just the usual eggs, sausage , toast, bagels and yogurt. Nothing special but it was included in the room price so it was acceptable.

The staff was busy, but we had to go back down 4 floors because our keys wouldn't work. We booked the larger room with more square feet and they tried to put us in a standard king room. They changed it, but weren't too thrilled about it.
