You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

FranceThe room was very clean but the decor was dated and looked a little tired. As housekeeping is every other day (perfectly fine for towels/bedding etc), it meant trash was not removed each morning.
A very friendly and helpful staff team. A pleasant reception area with sofas and and a welcoming atmosphere. Handy for car pick up/drop off.

MexicoAll the pillows smelled of sweat even though they had clean pillowcases... The receptionist didn't write my last name correctly and I couldn't use the wifi in the room. I needed to verify this information with her.
Location. All staff were always attentive and willing to serve. The food at the breakfast buffet is plentiful and tastes good.

Location next door to Proctors was the main reason we picked this room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable, pillows not so much. We enjoyed our stay very much. I do think it was extremely overpriced for what it was, but as I said, it was next door to Proctors and the was the main reason I chose this hotel. Breakfast was also very good.

United States of AmericaThe bed was not suitable for a couple, it tended to go down, it felt like a water bed. I just didn't like it. Also, the room temperature was 78 F, too hot. We had to call someone at 3am to fix it.
I like the closeness to the Proctors Theater, where I went for a performance in the night of my stay at the hotel.

We were NOT told until check-in that we would be charged $75 extra for the dog. I would have understood a refundable deposit, but not a flat fee that they slapped on at the last minute.

United States of AmericaThe staff was rude. I went to concessions area, and grabbed 2 ice cream sandwiches, the staff, said I’ll take you here, so we walked over-ice cream sandwiches in hand. She completely ignored us…started taking payment from other patrons-after about 10-15 minutes, i said, “can we just charge These to our room?” She said “oh, sure”- not sure if she was impaired or just not with it. It was really pretty ridiculous. Staff who checked us in also weren’t very friendly. I suspect a bit of reverse racism..
Room was large, clean, and well equipped. Convenient proximity to the theater…comfortable. Had toiletries, coffee maker, microwave and fridge, hair dryer..
