We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was great, I'm on the keto diet and breakfast can be difficult, it was nice to have options that worked for me. Also, having hot sauce in the condiments was awesome!

United States of AmericaWe didn’t have any housekeeping staff come by during the entire stay. The room was full of trash cans needing to be emptied out and no new towels were delivered to the room during the trip.
It was really great and we all loved the waffles. Thank you for such a great variety every day.

United States of AmericaThe coffee was terrible~ I have stayed at Hampton before and the coffee is always bad. It would have been nice to have at least one extra towel in the room, there was only two bath towels and one hand towel and one washcloth.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and quiet.

United States of AmericaKing one bedroom suite description is misleading. None of the rooms have a separate bedroom from the rest of the room. Noise other rooms and outdoors fairly easily heard. Recumbent bike was not working. Ran out of a couple of foods at the breakfast multiple mornings. A little awkward getting in the parking lot from 99W.
Decor was very nice. Exercise room has a good selection of equipment. Breakfast had a good variety of foods.
