The Bar next store had music so loud that it was shaking the windows and made sleeping difficult. The room reserved key did not work so we were moved to a different floor.

The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The work out room was very clean. The breakfast was passable but certainly could have used more options.

Front desk staff

The front desk staff need some training on how to treat the guests. Both the staff I spoke to were very rude and not courteous.

the entire 1st floor was being remodeled, so the carpet was not tacked in, the rooms were open and disarrayed with furnishings all piled in the hallway to be installed after the rooms were ready. apparently it has been a 2 year remodel that isn't completed as of yet. I am certain it will be lovely when completed. but it was a little disheartening to find out after check in that the place was in disarray and the cost was still close to 200 a night.

the place is very dated. i understand that renovations is going on. they place wasn’t that clean. ( not due to renovation) i chose this place because it had adjoining rooms and it was needed. i found trash outside my door as I was trying to get in. i had to flag someone down so they could remove it.

There was alot of hair on the bathroom floor, seemed like they missed cleaning it all around. The entry light to the room did not work. The extra blanket in the closet was not clean. Breakfast was not kept up with.

The gentleman that checked me in was great!! Besides the few problems with cleaning, the room was overall ok.

The weekend daytime front desk lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. If you need something, don't even bother asking her. The rest of the staff was wonderful though! I didn't love the fire alarm being set off by the construction.

My sheets on my bed were dirty and when I notified the front desk the supervisor from housekeeping said I was lying. Went back up to the room to show them someone had already been in the room to cover it up. Should’ve known better after the girl at the check-in desk’s uniform was filthy! It was just for a few hours so I sucked it up with my mom. Oh and the toilet was also dirty and tv stopped working! OVER PRICED!!

The only thing nice about this hotel is the location in Maryland Heights.

At 0650 sharp, as my husband and I were grabbing breakfast, we were falsely accused of "walking a dog on camera " by A.M. desk staff....we happened to stop and PET someone else's dog prior to entering the 3rd floor elevators. Note I was carrying my own king size pillow --in a dark brown pillowcase, holding it directly in the middle so half of it was over my arm and the other half under. Hope the camera operator does not plan on going into any type of police or investigative field. Check in staff was amazing, location amazing, pool not open. Other than being falsely accused, I'd have given the place a 9.5.

The evening check in lady- she was amazingly friendly, fast, and genuinely a nice person who loved being at her job! Refreshing in today's times of negativity.

The man that answered the phone prior to our arrival could've had a little more etiquette. He was also present during the middle shift and morning shift during our stay. He could've been more accommodating when I asked for a water being as though I've been a Hilton Honors member for many years.

Majority of the staff was phenomenal. The young lady that checked us in physically showed us 2 different rooms to make sure we were fully accommodated while we were there for my Grandmother's funeral.

Staff not friendly, carpets thought-out hotel where very old. The free breakfast waw horrible, they didn't have milk.

No hot water from early evening on. No assistance from staff to replenish the caffeinated coffee as well as supplies such as cups and collars. The sign said breakfast ok dated until 10:00 but it was stopped when we arrived at 9:00.

We ending up leaving. The room we got had dripping water from the AC unit and the the floor was soaked. There was also wood under the unit that was wet and moldy. Room smelled terrible. They moved us to another room and it smelled worse.
