Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Rooms could be cleaner 🤷♂️
Good breakfast, didn't have to interact with anyone thanks to room access using digital key, free parking available, good location if you're looking to visit or be around Addison, Glen Ellyn, Bloomingdale.

Bathrooms toilets are pretty old. One of them had a broken lever, they consume a lot of water.

That in this century, I couldn't work with my laptop because a Hilton-branded hotel says the WiFi is for hand-helds. I mean, what is that? It ruined my stay.
The front office staff on duty were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and, extended time that allowed me to sleep in. I lived it.Hilton branded hotel

There was no ice water at breakfast.
We were greeted by a friendly staff member at check in. He was able to easily add our Hilton Rewards number and welcomed us. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and well organized. The staff worked hard to keep everything clean and stocked.

The breakfast was pretty basic.
Comfortable and clean room in a convenient location for car travelers in the western suburbs. O’Hare is less than 20 minutes away in decent traffic. Close to Villa Park, which has a charming downtown with two great rail trails.

Unable to find Booking.com phone number to follow up about the second charge of the reservation from the hotel. As per front desk agent, I need to call Booking.com and the hotel manager to get my money back. What a hassle I have to go through to fix their mistake.
Definitely the breakfast was the topic of our conversation. Unfortunately, I'm not happy about the lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel. I paid to Booking.com the full price of my reservation, what a surprise that at my check out the hotel charged me as well. Now, I need to follow up with the hotel manager to get my money back. You will think if you paid it in full to one source why the hotel where not informed or paid in advance. Bad job on Booking.com agency.

Everything was great but if there was one thing that bothered me it was the small amount of black mold by the bathtub caulking. There is a great product that gets rid of black mold called “Mold Armor” distributed by W.M. Barr & Co., Inc.
Excellent location in a great city. Plenty to do even without a car. Many great restaurants, park, & movie theater within walking distance. The staff were amazing. A great place for a business meeting.

Honestly, the only thing that I could even "complain" about is the breakfast today. I know that you try to switch it up for the people, but it would have been nice to have some "plain" hot items on a Sunday morning (regular eggs, sausage, or potatoes). For someone who was trying to eat healthier due to some new diagnosis - it was hard to go low carb. Otherwise I really have no complaints :)
It is hard to find an establishment that has a continental breakfast included. When you have a family of 5, that is nearly essential. There were good choices each day. The kids were happy. The hubby and I both enjoyed it as well. The pool was clean and not too crowded both time we were in there. The room was spacious enough for two adults and 3 kiddos. We were even able to have some family visit for dinner during the evening hours and that was good too!
