Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would be nice if parking was included for the cost of the room, rather than being additional.
Staff was friendly, included breakfast was of good quality and room was decently sized. Bed was comfortable but the air temp control took a bit to get used to, to find what we were comfortable with.

Price for parking was a bit steep.
Great location. Close to Disneyland and shuttle and many restaurants and shopping mall with in walking distance. Free full breakfast every morning!

Rows and rows of restaurants and the facilities are great! Including the free breakfast :) staff are also wonderful and helpful! I would stay here again!

Very clean and comfortable. Convenient location close to Disneyland Toy Story parking lot where you can take a free shuttle and also close to bus stops. Staff were friendly!

Nothing to say negative feedback.
Convenient location from Disneyland, 15-20min walk. The staff were friendly, Delicious continental buffet breakfast where the staff was busy refilling. Different hot food every morning. Very clean room, highly recommended. We will come back.

Internet speed. Could be a bit a bit better, using streaming services was hard as the internet made it laggy.
Friendly staff, super quick check in and check out, clean and spacious room, the room offers absolutely everything you might need for your stay.

Location is perfect. Very close to disney toy story parking, amazing staff, clean and spacious rooms. Free breakfast was just ok but still good value considering the price especially before a long day in disney

Better response when we ask our room to be made. Thank you.
When we called front desk around 10am requesting housekeeping to do our room we had to call again in the afternoon because they put us at the back of the line.

Everything is great but in breakfast there were no milk left and they put a almond milk with a bottle i used it but dirt and some green dust came to my plate so i decided to not eat that and this is for stuff by the way when someone came up to you and said hi how are you? You guys said hi i’m great how are you? Thank you

Breakfast time finishes at 9:30AM, which is not really cool. As visitors on our vacation, we need to relax, and quite often we sleep in every morning. We stayed there 3 nights but we missed two breakfasts. May I suggest that the breakfast time extended till 10:00AM, and you really make everyone happy!.
The location of the hotel is great. It is very close to the Convention Center and the world renowned Disneyland in Anaheim. Staff is attentive and accommodating. The room is clean and well arranged, which made us really relaxed during our stay.

It was to my surprise that we were charged for parking for each night. Our total ended up being $200 more than our expectation when he booked due to taxes (understandable) and parking fees. More disclosure around fees would have been appreciated.
We loved the location and breakfast! Staff were great at texting and checking in.
