The valet area is a little bit cramped and we had to wait to pull in several times. There's not much you can do about this, just noting that this is an issue.

Breakfast was good with a nice location right off of the lobby. They had plenty of options for everyone.

We got free upgrade to floor 16. Outstanding decor with a great room. Loved breakfast and reception being on top floor. Really let Midtown shine which is largely hidden gem for most of US.

I didn't like the hidden fees that you had to pay for such as Valet parking ($45 per night) which I understood that parking was going to be free, also the $150 for incidental fees that I did not know about.

The entrance is a little crazy, but that’s really no one’s fault.

Everything! From the moment we arrived, everything was as listed on the website or BETTER!

I was expecting a better breakfast. I know it's the basic op, but the quality has decreased a lot. Eggs were really tasteless. They didn't have a decent variety in fruits, yogurt options were only flavored, with added sugar and very little protein. I always look for healthy options in food since I'm a fitness trainer, so it was disappointing that the hotel didn't offer any. The options offered were very poor in taste and nutrients. Coffee was also very bad but I understand this part a little, since we like strong espressos and it's understandable that option is not common.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and I loved that housekeeping is back to daily basis.

The bar tender needed some help, service was a little slow for the crowd. Also, I hate the pillows.

Great location and walking distance to our event. Convenient to get to and leave.

The hotel was centrally located to everything I needed for the weekend. It's in walking distance to the Alliance theatre, SCAD, and etc. From the valet parking to housekeeping, the service was friendly and professional. Hassan at check in was very informative. The rooftop bar is nice in the evenings. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

I will simply say I was pleasantly surprised. My family needed a room for just one night to attend a competition so we weren't looking for anything fancy or costly but this hotel definitely gave us more than we were looking for. The room was very clean, lobby area very nice and staff extremely friendly including the valet attendant. I can definitely see myself staying here again when in ATL for a quick turn around.

Two things, AC was rattling and was somewhat irritating. During my 3 night stay not once was room cleaned or restocked with towels.

Staff as always was fantastic to include the valets. Centrally located to what I wanted to see. Breakfast always good.

The bar needs scotch!! Everyone who drinks scotch, drinks Dewars as a basic call brand…please start carrying it at the bar. We stay there every month for the symphony and really wish we could have a scotch at the rooftop bar before heading over to the art center.

Valet parking is expensive ($45 per night for regular vehicles). If you are tipping cashless, the additional fee is like 30%. The other parking option is a parking garage near the building.

Facility-wise it's pretty good. Comfy room and good fitness center. Location is fantastic as well.
