Everything!! Facility was clean, neat, comfortable, and quiet.

The property was very clean and neat and was very quiet. Bed was comfy and was walking distance. Will definitely stay again next month.

Location was good. Was clean and comfortable. In the middle of remodel so noisey which I und r rstand during day. Breakfast was just OK. But again. Remodel so regular breakfast area closed. When we checked in. Male clerk. Was great. I believe it was Adam or something. Next morning female clerk was not friendly and ignored us and acted like it hurt her to speak to anyone

Always keep a comfortable chair in your rooms ! After a day on the road it is so inviting. A few of the hotels.....not yours tho........skipped putting the comfy chair in the room. Glad yours had one !

I could tell work was being done on the hotel, which I understand but the fact I had to get a clothes hanger just to keep the curtain closed was really irritating.

The location was perfect, breakfast was really good, and I loved the size of the shower.

The breakfast was great! Waffles, mini waffles, fresh fruit, biscuits, eggs, etc... The staff was very friendly. The location was great and close to lots of places!

The door was askew and made a loud rubbing noise when opened or closed. The thermostat had to be set at 78 to get any heat at night. The room needs a recliner not just a chair.

I was greeted pleasantly by several staff members. I was thanked for being an Honors member and offered a gift bag. I particularly enjoyed the Citrus flavored water in the lobby. I also liked the very nice fitness center.

The property was a little old so as my bed. After sleeping on it for a few days, my lower back started hurting.

The breakfast was tasty and I enjoyed a lot. The staff were all nice.

Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm, but the staff took care of everything. I have addressed these issues to management. Very comfortable breakfast area.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and very responsive to requests. Very Clean location, quiet and secluded, great facilities and amenities. Ask about a suite instead of just a room, you will like the extra space and comfort.

It was not easy finding the road leading to the entrance as we arrived at night-the road was busy and not well marked so I passed the turn but was able to do an easy u-turn at a traffic light.

The room was spacious and the bed and couch were very comfortable. It was also very quiet which was a welcome change from many other places we have stayed.

The room rate was on the high side for this location some 14 miles from downtown Birmingham. The purpose of our visit was to attend the World Games in which the sporting venues were generally 'in town', so a bit of driving through traffic every day. Although this location was my choice...

The breakfast selection was fairly standard for this type of property but the buffet and eating area was kept quite tidy. We rented a King suite which was very roomy and made our 5 night stay quite comfortable for 2 people. There were also a good selection of restaurants and shopping in this suburb of Birmingham.
