We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United States of AmericaAt this particular location, the only coffee in the so called cafe area, was the light roast. So, in order to get my preferred dark roast, I had to go into the lobby. No big deal, but it did seem to contradict the otherwise aimed for convenience level. I also made the mistake, when I checked in, that coffee in the prominently displayed coffee urns in the lobby would have hot, or at least warm coffee. i was wrong.
Breakfast buffets at mid-level hotels are all pretty much the same. It's as though someone (Sysco? Gordon's?) won a bid to provide food to all the locations. It's pretty bland and unremarkable. The only advantage is the feeling that I'm getting something for free, which is a "false positive," and that it's quick.

Breakfast was what I expected and on par with typical offerings in most hotels at this price point. Hotel is very clean and the downstairs lobby and sitting areas provide adequate seating. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Most importantly, the room was clean and confortable.

Everything was clean. Staff was fantastic. We stayed for my son's boot camp graduation from Fort Jackson and this place was close enough, in a safe location, with plenty of eateries right in the adjoining parking lot. Breakfast was decent for hot continental breakfast.

Very new hotel and very updated and clean. Nice rooms though the two bed suite is a bit small. Nice new bathrooms with pump hand soap, lotion and shampoo , conditioner and body gel. There's even free makeup remover towelettes. They have relatively new TV models. You have to request housekeeping before 10 AM if you need that service. Overall the plush carpet in the hallways and the lobby fitness center and just the whole building makes you feel like you are in a luxury hotel and that you paid a lot more than you really did for the stay. Would highly recommend.
