You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaFront desk attentiveness wasn’t great. Had to wait both times I went there. Maybe understaffed ? Rom 339 black out shade was stuck in position. Could not raise or lower. We were tired so we slept okay anyway, but needs some attention.

For families with graduating sailors at Navy bootcamp, Hampton Inn Waukegan is so close to base. Breakfast was great. with a lot of choices and coffee, tea available 24hrs. The hotel is also very clean.

The proximity to the Bass Station where we where attending a music event. Hotel wise, it was clean, comfortable and what you'd expect from an above mediocre hotel.

I believe my breakfast experience was less then pleasant because it was crowded and the staff didn't keep up with restocking the food and the waffle line was super long. As far as my room I give that 2 stars because the bathroom door was a sliding barn door and 5 mins after I get in my room I slammed my thumb in the door trying to close the door but the handle goes way past the a reasonable stopping point and It busted my thumb open so that sucked. Ruined my whole day.
I liked the customer service, the place was clean, landscape in the back by the pool was nice.
