Barn door for the bathroom/closet was very weird. Cheap, plastic shower head didn’t work that well and the shower gel and shampoo were cheap, didn’t lather or foam up at all. Parking was a single row on each side of the hotel. Had to park very far away from our room and couldn’t see my car which I hate,

The breakfast food could have been a bit better, bacon was a little under-cooked for our liking and ran low on the potatoes. The bathroom needs some more towel racks and clothes hooks.

Good air conditioning unit with controls to set it to meet our preferences. The staff was friendly & helpful. The room was quiet. Location convenient to the freeway.

Internet service was virtually non-functional! Over five days, I was never able to successfully log on and maintain a viable connection! I had to use the cellular ‘hot spot’ capabilities of my iPhone to connect via my tablet computer! No matter where I was (third floor suite or main floor dining room), the connection was terrible! Nowadays, Internet service is VERY important to guests! I have no problem connecting with my devices anywhere else! Shouldn’t advertise that there is “Internet Service” if it’s that poor! If not for this issue, my rating would be excellent across the board! There were two cushioned, backless seats with casters on the bottom that can be used to sit on while dressing, etc, and permit gliding around on the floor. The only problem is, if you sit near the edge of them, they can easily tip over! I experienced this a few times; once they nearly let me fall forward towards a desk!

My travel experience with Hampton Inns is consistently good! It's why I usually look for one first when I make reservations. Room at this facility was clean, comfortable, accommodating, quiet. Beds, bedding were very comfortable. Amenities very good (coffee maker, TV hair dryer, ample USB and electrical outlets positioned where you can use them! Dressing mirror well placed, bathroom well appointed & clean. Good TV reception, program choices.

The only glitch in our stay concerned to key cards. We had to have each if the two cards reprogrammed once, but after that they both worked well. The front desk staff handled the task with good cheer.

The location was very convenient for our visit. We have stayed at this property in the past and have never been disappointed--we weren't this time either. The ability to open the window in the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed the variety in the breakfasts.

Previous guests must unplug bedside lamps and the alarm clock so they can plug in other items. To plug them back in requires gymnastics as you lie on the ground and reach up under the bedside table to plug in the lamps again. This has happened twice to me as I stay here frequently. A minor inconvenient and not the fault of the hotel.

Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and biscuits as well as cereal. I like the tea and coffee being available at any time in the lobby. Bed was comfortable.

The location is perfect as the hotel is near the freeway but tucked back in a quiet area. The staff members are friendly, the room is comfortable and quiet and the wifi works well. Breakfast is basic but fine. The hotel is close to restaurants for dinner.

The room I was given 103 was tiny and the toilet was so small and low it was like sitting on a Childs potty chair. There were no good Movie selections. The carpet was hard. Uncomfortable to walk on.

The staff was very nice. Especially Carol in the buffet.

I’ve stayed here many times with no issues, but this time there was an issue with bedside lights that did not work. The receptionist offered another room but I ended up getting the lights to work by using a different outlet.

Iron didn't work (bottom looked cracked). Looked like some mold around bottom of bar in shower and when we wiped some water off bathroom floor, wiped up black/dirt. . . A number of electrical outlets weren't working (those on either side of TV stand). . . Would've liked an extra chair instead of the two cubes under the table.

Size and style of bathroom. Good size refrigerator. Large TV (would've like to have a listing of available channels). Lobby clean and welcoming. Staff very friendly. Coffee readily available and enjoyed breakfast.

When packing up and leaving we found 3 cans of unopened beer under our bed skirt. Rooms should probably be checked more thoroughly when cleaning them.
