We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaI asked for a handicapped toilet and I didn’t get one, was advised at check-in that they only had a room with one bed which wouldn’t work because of my handicap. Even my daughter said she hadn’t seen a toilet sitting so low to the floor. Worst experience of my life. I had to wake her up each time I had to go and that was three times.

I like the easy access to restaurants and the bowling alley. The over all quietness of the hotel. Inaddition, the no smoking floor my room was on and of cause breakfast and the room service.

The staff, the rooms, and the price were all great! We had a great time. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were well stocked and were clean.
