The pool was really cold. We made it work for us because it was a main reason we booked this property, but I wish the water was warmer and more comfortable!

The location was great! We also enjoyed the breakfast. My girls were able to enjoy the pool and the snack options provided.

The maintenance of the inside of the building is terrible. Trim is coming off walls at the floor, floors in elevators are filthy, carpeting in our room was ripped and shredded.

The beds did not feel like a queen size, it felt more like a full. The A/C unit was very loud. I also didn’t like that there was no microwave inside the room. I had to go to the lobby from the 3rd floor to heat up 3-4 items at a time.

Property charged $10 at 2:30 am to park your car in their parking lot. Was not informed up front. Website states $12 for private parking; there was nothing about private about parking in a general lot. Very sneaky.

I requested a handicap room because my mother-in-law has a cart to get around. We checked in around 4:00 pm and the girl at the desk they weren’t nothing clean! We were on the 2nd floor!

We got charged $40 for parking even though we were never told there was a charge for parking daily.

It is super close to the highway for easy off and on access. There is a lot to do around the area. There is a cute little animal sanctuary to go check out about 30-40 minutes away!

Front desk lady wasn't friendly. Wouldn't let us check in before 3pm. Wouldn't give us 3 keys. Computer didn"t work to print boarding passes. Elevator certification was expired by over 1 month. Hallway by elevator smelled awful. Carpet in lobby and halls looked dirty.

Sister who stayed in another room had to ask for clean sheets the first night. She had to ask for a vacuum the second night. She said the room was not properly cleaned for their stay. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the room to clean after I arrived around 4.

It’s hard to judge it fairly since it was under some renovations. I don’t hold that against my stay. But the pool was closed, there were some caution tape up, there was construction equipment in the parking lot making parking harder. None of that really bothered me. But the walls are paper thin. People talking normally in the room beside us and you can hear their conversation very clear and their baby’s cries. I know and understand babies cry. I have two kids that cried in hotels. It’s hard being a parent, but that said this hotels walls are very thin and it makes a difference. Also between the hours of 11-1 the people directly above us sounded like they were throwing elephants around the room. Every step was heard and the running and slamming of doors was even louder. So yet again the thinness of the walls became a huge factor to why our stay was poor.

The hotel was easy to find and close to things I wanted to be near. The room was clean and spacious. We did not partake of the continental breakfast but it smelled good and was a big reason we booked the room initially.
