Our window faced a busy highway. It was very noisy.

The room was really nice. It had a sitting area as well as a separate bedroom with a king bed.

They tube was dirty as hell black hair all in the tube that definitely wasn’t mine water left in the tube dirty drain was stopped up

We were assigned the room at the far end of a long hall , right next to the stairs and across from the ice machine . Our room was clean , beds were a little hard for my liking, pillows were not comfy , one lumped up . The noise from the traffic kept me awake all night . Hubby had some sleep , but we were extremely tired in the morning. I think there had to be rooms that would have been quieter . Desk manager has offered a discount through booking.com

Bed was okay , room was clean . Breakfast was nice , Phil who worked in the breakfast area was awesome, very friendly , professional . Staff was nice .

When we first got there the area seemed a little sketch but it was nice inside and we all felt very safe!

The employees went above and beyond! Booking.com hadn’t paid for our stay and I had already paid them. Caused some chaos but the front desk associate let us go to the room while he straightened out the issue. I cancelled my next booking with booking.com because of the issue, this is the second time, but thankful the hotel staff went above for us to get the issue resolved! ALSO, the breakfast was AMAZING & the little old man working it was the sweetest!

A homeless man just standing in the stairwell by my daughter’s room for more than an hour. Went to front desk and they were able to move her closer to me on a different floor. But they acted like this maybe happens often. We then saw him walking down our hallway and stopping to find food on a room service tray. We felt bad for him but he was also giving off some creepy vibes. Very unsettling!

Bed is comfy. Close to our volleyball tournament location and nice restaurants close by.

Our room was out-dated and needed a good cleaning. The toilet was gross and the bathroom ceiling paint was peeling. The window needed to be fixed.

I liked the location and price. The front desk staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable.

Smell was horrible. Smelled like chemicals, carpets in hallways and stairs were disgustingly dirty. In our room the bathtub was dirty and wouldn't drain when I took a shower.... most other Hamptons that I've been to are much cleaner.

Most staff other than the older lady were very friendly. She could work on her customer service skills. Bed was super comfy.

The wifi didn't work at all free or paid for. The staff was non existent. I didn't have soap shampoo or conditioner. Notifying the staff off my problems was in itself a part time job. To no avail because zero changes were attempted to be made.

That I got to sleep. And atleast the air-conditioning worked other than that the stay was one of the worst I've had in a very long time. I wouldn't recommend and definitely will not be staying at that location again!

It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. It was late when we arrived and my kids were exhausted so moving hotels wasn’t an option. I have never been so happy to leave a place.

Barley had any breakfast had over a hour left and wouldn’t make any waffle batter mix. Water kept coming on randomly around 3 am the bathroom faucet unsure what that was about

One staff member was very rude. The rooms were paid through booking.com but the staff member insisted my daughter needed to pay for her room. It was double paid and almost impossible to get reimbursed.

It met the needs of our family. Enjoyed the pool.

the younger lady was rude and very short with us. the breakfast room and the sitting room was full and loud so we decided to go out to breakfast. the toilet was leaking from the back. we called the front desk and they put down a towel to catch the water. the bathroom floor was dirty, the bathroom sink had hair in it when we went in. the room was nice the window had an air conditioner that didn't fit correctly so was duct taped cardboard to cover the hole. the door had a draft that whistled all night from inside and out.

the room was big and had plenty of room. the fridge was bigger than a normal hotel room fridge, plenty of towels and the lady at check in was a middle aged lady who was very friendly. the location was great close to many stores and restaurants.

The eggs had COLD spots. the electric socket in the bathroom was coming out of the wall. That's really it. Overall it was a nice stay.

Breakfast was ok, there was a good selection. The bed was great, loved the pillows. Staff was friendly and even asked us how the concert was when we returned. The pool was enjoyable, a little cool but not cold.

this hotel was absolute filth. these pictures are NOT!! the same hotel!!! the pool was green and the water was cold. the room was filthy hair in the tub. and the couch/pull out bed mattress had disgusting fresh stains on it. and staff said it was ok because the mattress was only 5 years old. the breakfast, horrible. employee had it out by 6:15, well you’re not allowed to dine until 7am, so it was cold. we left and went to Cracker Barrel instead. a family member had a different room and they had pills left from previous tenant left on the bed. absolutely the worst stay ever and even my 6 year old noticed how filthy this place was.

Dirty, the elevator looked like a crime scene. They were remodeling, carpeting torn up, 1/3 of the door plaques were randomly on the floor, pool closed, parking lot 1/4 full of dumpsters etc. This was a Friday night, I'm sure there was no construction happening over the weekend. The carpeting in the room reeked of stale cig smoke to the point of I on;y slept 3 hours and I'm a former smoker, a live cogarette in the room would've been better. First and last Hampton for me. Thanks

There was nothing about hotel being under construction when I booked . First room the toilet didn't work, second room no mini fridge, TV didn't work. So we got an upgrade and finally got unpacked that room was nice.

Breakfast was great. Final room we ended up with was nice and appreciate the staff for their help.
