There were gnats in my room. There were flies in the main hallway. The furniture needs updating; some parts of the furniture had scratches and just well used.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. The sheets were clean and crispy. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast room is not inviting. Chairs & tables are all over the place, it looks like everyone scrambled for a fire alarm. Also tables were not cleaned between users. A greater effort to promote local attractions would be appreciated.

Well located but not as close to sea as anticipated. Efficient check-in. Room ok with modernised bathroom. Helpful staff. Great for shopping at Walmart across the road.

I didn’t like the rude front desk clerk. I had called before arriving to the hotel to ask if I could check in then and was told yes. When I arrived i was told I couldn’t check in. Nonetheless I was able to get into my room before 4pm. Just too much shenanigans. I was really unhappy about the “ring” apparatus looking device next to the door/bathroom of my room. When I asked the fro desk I was told it is a sensor for the ac unit, or the balcony - didn’t make sense since we didn’t have a balcony. She said maybe it was for the ADA room, but it wasn’t. The device was extremely creepy and made my daughter and I a bit uneasy.

The water pressure in the shower was weak and the shower head was in need of replacement. There was no ventilation fan in the bathroom to remove steam from showering. The doors to the lanai needed to be re-aligned to close properly. The outside traffic noise was very loud with the doors and windows closed.

Overall the property was clean and the room was kept up. The location was nice and close to shopping if necessary and plenty of locations to dine within walking distance.

I had previously asked via email about my dog and the fees and was told there would be no fee; yet when I arrived i was charged $75 for my dog and then $10 for parking. I should the guy the email I received indicating this & was told by him that since the person who sent me the email did not write a complete sentence, he could not honor the email. That is a bunch of crap to be honest. For some reason, that man did not appear to know what he was doing as he was checking me in under the wrong reservation as well. Hannah was polite and welcoming, but that other guy left me with a bad experience especially saying that it wasn't his fault that the person didn't write a complete sentence...

The AC clicked all night which interrupted my sleep. The TV was against the side wall so you have to turn it sideways to see it from the bed.

Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful with our check-in. Hot tub jets didn't work. A lot of breakfast items were unavailable, such as waffles. Lastly, I didn't like how I was charged to park on the property with my stay.

"Parking Garage" was a joke. There were only a handful of spots to park. Additional parking was available in the back of the building, but it did not feel secure and looked run down.

Parking was $15.00 extra and they advertise as pet friendly and charge an extra $75.00 pet fee when you arrive. I paid almost double the cost of the one night room when parking and pet fee were added.

No bar, no pool, no restaurant, NO ISSUES . More staff at front desk. No ramp to walk down to get to the beach.

The bed was amazing, the bathroom was great with my walker and all. The staff was gorgeous, with there smile everywhere, welll almost every where..lol Breakfast was simpley enjoyable, variety in every direction. Make your own waffle to cereal, yogurt 😋 fruit, eggs, bacon, bangle with cream cheese and a little jelly....Yummy. see y'all in the funny papers...

Pets could be heard barking throughout the stay. Didn't car for the parking fee when having to park outside. The pool wasn't unusable, but adjacent hotels were utilized by their patrons.

The breakfast was good, but they ran out of certain items half way through breakfast hours. Great location for sites and convenience.

We lost power, one elevator wasn't working, so you stood in line for 30 minutes or take the stairs and I couldn't take the stairs, no A/C .. so it wasn't a great experience. 😕

Smelt a little moldy ,toilet wouldn’t flush ,sink wouldn’t drain after you washed hands ,A/C did not cool down room. But we tried to only go back to Hotel at night.

It was by Walmart and the beach. If we forgot anything we just bought another pair at Walmart. We walked to the beach. Golden corral was around the corner.
