Took forever for water to get hot And heater did not work in the room I stay cold and I had to lay there under my blanket

It was close to the sea wall the balcony was awesome, the hoist at front desk was awesome

Manager is so rude and waa not empathetic with my situation! Told everyone that could listen how bad my experience was. NEVER AGAIN WILL I OR ANY OF MY FAMILY STAY HERE!

I wasn't aware that there was construction going on when I made the reservations so I was unfortunately subjected to the sound of a jackhammer removing the flooring around the pool, easily the most disrupting part of my stay. Also, the smell of the room smelled like "old-people".

The elevator from the basement parking was nice. Beware the overnight parking fee of $10 per night!

Staff , mattress, to many hidden fees. And I booked for $113. Was higher when I got bill

Mattress was horrible. Table went side to side. Old furniture. Curtain would not close. Closet door would not close. Pay for parking and complimentary water. No blow dryer they didvnot have extra one. For cost could have gone better place.

Hotel would not keep our cars while on a cruise from Port of Galveston, but recommended Trans Pro near the port. We made a reservation & a down payment, but lot is located in Houston! Big inconvenience & lost money.

Tons of hidden fees. It’s ridiculous to charge parking fee if a lot of folks are parking there that aren’t guests then have the paper on the dash and have the tow get the vehicles that doesn’t have it. Have the unauthorized parking pay for the fees not us. Of course I’m going to need parking how else did I get there from out of town. Also the hotel was supposed to be pet friendly but has you pay $75 that’s outrageous to charge. A few dollars fine but $75? That shows your idiots and don’t want return guests. I won’t ever come back to this particular hotel. With the hidden fees, cable going off and on with the signal I rather pay more somewhere else that at least tells me up front exactly what I’m paying instead of reserving and finding out then trapping me.

Shower was bad. (The water was not strong enough when having a cool shower.) The hot tub didn't work well. The mattress kept sliding to the side of the bed. The TV Chanel kept going in and out. Ice maker did not work on the 5th floor. Don't think we should have to pay $10 a day for parking.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was excellent, Jamyo and Hannah were terrific. Loved the balcony.

The view from the room was terrible.

Pictures of outside of building were very misleading. Room with a Terrace? What overlooking the Walmart Parking lot! Parking was in adacut and dirty. Room had old furniture that needs replacing. We would not stay there again. The terrace door would not lock.

It's pointless to upgrade and get a balcony room if you want to see the beach. Balcony rooms face the Walmart parking lot, so you'll get a good view of that! For Breakfast, the eggs were over cooked and tasted like rubber.

Nice room and great location! Right next to Walmart and across from the beach. For the most part the full hot breakfast was great!

The shower floor was brown... looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in ages. The AC thermostat was not legible, so we had to guess the temperature. The elevator was sketch with the noises and vibrations.

I was there on Saturday and have never been charged a Pet Fee for my 5lb dog. All of the sudden you want to charge me a 75.00 fee. I will no longer stay at your property. I chose Pet friendly hotels and yours always pops up and never mentions that there is a fee for this service. I will be leaving reviews about this and recommend that no one should stay there especially if they have pets. I am very unhappy about this service that I received after being a loyal customer.

Being charged extra, having to pay for parking at the hotel, the fridge didn’t work, and the beds was not comfy. Overall the hotel was not worth it. If you see where someone has a kid staying, the least you could do is make sure they have a damn bathtub!
