Our room was on the first floor, which was wonderful ! My only dislike is that the curtains were sheer in the middle with drapes that didn’t close. So, you’re unable to block the sunlight coming in at 6am. It made it very difficult to stay sleep once the sunrise peeked through. On top of it being Memorial weekend, I felt staffing was overwhelmed. Getting enough towels for the room for the next day was extremely difficult. We were told to put the used towels out the door. We waited an hour and only received one bath towel, 4 hand towels, no wash cloths. My reservation was for 3!

Breakfast was good, with several choices of foods. The room and bathroom were spotless, and all the amenities worked fine. There were several electrical outlets in the room, including USB ports.

It was a graduation weekend so the room was not ready @ 3pm. It was ready in about 1 1/2 hrs. Other than that it was fine. We traveled for a funeral.

We really appreciated the Queen suite room with two Queen beds and a double sleeper sofa. Plenty of room!

Breakfast was good and the room was clean. Ms. Pearl- the lady who was at the breakfast place during the weekend during our stay was very kind and welcoming. We liked the hot tub near the pool. The only complaint we had about the place is that they close the hot tub facility by 8 pm in the night. We wanted to soak in the tub after our long hikes during the day and afternoon. By the time we got back to the hotel, it was past 8 pm and found it closed. Interestingly, the fitness center remains open till midnight as per the timings on the door of the facility whereas the hot tub closes at 8pm which we found odd.

The property needs some love, the halls look old and muggy. But the rooms are ok, they just need to upgrade the hotel.

I like the location very convenient, the employees very nice and helpful. Customer service on point! Even when the customer before us was being so nasty and rude to the clerk, she was so patient and nice.

Bathroom door was smudged with the fingerprints and dirty on the inside, and obviously hadn’t been cleaned. I took a wet rag after it and cleaned it up. Bathroom wooden shelves were chipped and needed to be touched up. Round plastic doorstop in the wall was cracked and should be replaced.

Good location close to the airport. Nice size room with two queen beds.

Only 2 towels of each type (women always need more towels). You had to hunt down housekeeping to get more towels, tissues, etc. Layout of room was odd. King bed, table, and loveseat were on one side of room, leaving an enormous (~15'x15') empty space. A little bit of effort would make it more useful, since you couldn't watch TV from either the bed or the loveseat due to how the room was laid out.

Breakfast was always on point. Room was huge. Shower was amazing.

At 12am the room above us was LOUD and banging and woke everyone in my room. We called the desk at 12:15 about the noise. We had to call 2 more times due to the noise and kids not being able to sleep. Finally after over 1.5 hours AFTER being woke it stopped.

Rooms and bathrooms are dated/worn looking. Needs to be updated. Lounge chair in room had stains in several places. Door handle to room didn’t work properly.

My bed was very uncomfortable. I’m not use to a firm mattress, but I’m sure hotels have to use them for durability. I wish they offered transportation to the cruise port, even if you charge a fee.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The pool and the weather was my favorite thing. I wish there was shopping within walking distance.
