We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaLobby toilet flushed slow/weakly. Bed wasn't to our liking, but was fine. Surprised wifi wasn't included. We usually like to connect our laptop to the TV and stream.
Breakfast was great. Lots of waffle toppings. Clean and organized. Whirlpool in room filled fast!

United States of AmericaOur toilet backed up and overflowed. I had to go down to the front desk and fetch a plunger, which the attendant readily provided. However when I asked if we could get housekeeping to come and clean up the bathroom I was informed there was only one person working in the hotel and it would be a while before he could do it. So my wife said she’d do it. The attendant provided a mop and a bottle of bleach and she got it done. So we could have done without having to travel back and forth from the 3rd floor to the front desk dealing with the fallout from a faulty toilet.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

United States of Americait was very dark in our room — even with all the lamps and lights on. the entry light had a bulb burned out and all the lines gets seemed to be half the wattage they should have been. I also didn’t like that the mirror in the room was hung over the coffee maker cocktail table instead of the desk where I could curl my hair or do my makeup.

United States of AmericaThe pool and spa were closed and under construction while we were there and I don't recall seeing that anywhere during the booking process. The driveway is in serious need of repair. I think if I'd have come in at night and not seen the pot holes I'd be paying for tire repairs on my rental car.
The size of the room was more then we expected. The breakfast was definately a big plus. The small C Store by the office helped for those little "ooops we forgot something" issues.

CanadaThe building is a little run down. Seemed a bit pricey as a result. Broken / discoloured tiles in the bathroom, generally old looking and some areas there was the smell of cigarette smoke even though it was non-smoking.
Facilities were clean (though run down) and staff was very friendly. Decent breakfast in the morning.

United States of AmericaI was on the ground floor and both the windows could not be shut tightly and locked! Seam on couch cushion had a large (more than a 12-inch) separation with exposed padding. So, some things seemed dated in the room.
Large, well-appointed queen suite. Room is quiet. Bed was very comfortable; I slept well there. Convenient to I-94, but far enough away so I could not hear freeway. Breakfast was diverse and had hot and cold items.

United States of AmericaOn the morning of April 26th and 27th, we(my wife and I) woke up with bites on our body and face, which we believe appear to be either bed bugs or some kind of mite. See attached photos for your reference. I complained about the issue last night to the front desk, but the hotel was fully booked and the staff there could not move us to another room. The staff at that time at the front desk informed that there have been bedbug issues in other rooms in the past, but those were from the 3rd floor and this was the first he has heard from the 2nd floor. The best they could do at the time was to provide me with new sheets, which I had to fit on myself. I did use the new sheets as I figured it was the best option for that night given how late it was. However, we woke up the next morning with even more bites on our bodies. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Nothing impressed us, and nothing was standing out for us to say it was a nice stay. The best thing they had was probably free wifi and free parking. My experience for everything else in this location was awful.

The suite was not the one we picked front desk acted like take it or leave it .. so had to down grade , was told "IT WAS BOOKINGS FAULT NOT OURS" ,also got double charged on card (pending) for both rooms! Not even an apology for any inconvenience! Beds are uncomfortable ,some plugins didnt work ,No shower pressure ,toilet seat was/is loose ,no towels in pool room both days!
