Room could have been cleaned better I found open pieces of chocolate candy on the floor, someone's left over food was left in the refrigerator, and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom that should have been cleaned out

I didn’t like the fact that the breakfast option was so small. There was no one to clean our room daily, we had to wait until the end of our stay.

I liked the quiet and calmness of this hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable. The front desk attendant was very courteous and was always available. The kitchen staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hot tub and pool area was very private and clean. Towels were clean and had a clean smell. I’d definitely stay here again.

The woman in the breakfast area constantly swearing in front of my kids because there was a mess on the floor !

Everything, very clean comfortable staff were welcoming.. overall a great place.. even with renovations going on during our stay it wasn’t messy at all everything was kept very clean.. my family really enjoyed it.

Our room wasn't ready until 2 hrs past check in. The staff were very nice but it was very frustrating to not be able to get in at our check in time. And I did not realize the pool was closed honestly that was the main thing we were looking for in a hotel.. I knew it would be cold so I looked for a place with a pool to occupy our down time. The drawers in the kitchen would not shut.

The breakfast was good. The room was roomy for our family and the bed was comfortable. Normally this hotel would have been perfect but we ran into some kinks this time, we have stayed here in the past.

I was very disappointed when we spent most of our sleeping hours being woke by the sound of the very squeaky elevator.

Fridge, some outlets and lights did not work, we reported it to the desk, they were supposed to send someone to fix it, they did but when we were literally walking out the door to check out. The furniture was old and with exposed splinters… no cleaning service offered. We also came down for water and the lady on the front guided us to the gym’s dispensary which only dispensed hot water, then complained and just shrugged her shoulders. Not what I wss expecting at all

The room was not ventilated, there was no way to open windows, and an air conditioner was very loud, so we couldn’t sleep at nights.

I was appalled at how dusty and dirty the room was. The toilet had poop stains, the tub looked as if it had not been cleaned, and the bathroom cabinets were very dusty,nightstands were not cleran. The bed covers apparently had not been cleaned following an aninal being on the bed. I have allregies to pets and my eyes itched and swelled after I had slept on the bed. How can you have fun with sowollen red itchy eyes.

Breakfast was decent, but lukewarm. The pool room was chilly.

For the price we paid it was a very old and dated room. Felt like I was back at a summer camp hotel with my mom & dad in the 1960s. Expected a bit more updated and better level features from a Hampton Inn, but the firepit in the back was a unique feature. The staff was very nice and accommodating for our dog. Breakfast was ok. Certainly not worth $325 a night after all the fees.

Located off the main drag near Lake George - easy access off and back on to the Intersate.

Compared to Hampton standards this location would be the most minimal of them . The rooms are very basic with old architecture . Not enough lights in the room . Too expensive for value of money .

While the room looks clean, I saw some brownish flies flying around the sinks. I also noticed a dark stain under the sofa bed on the morning we were about to live. It looked more like molds.

The hotel was clean, as well as our room. The staff was friendly and fantastic. The hot breakfast was good. We would stay here again. We also liked the fact that you can bring your dog with you. We didn’t , but enjoyed seeing everyone else’s fur babies.
