Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower have a very low pressure and the shower head must be cleaned , the cleanliness at the breakfast area should be improve , table are not cleaned as well the floor.
I always stay at this hotel when I come to Doral an the location for us is very convenient

Air conditioning is too cold. Our room was for 5 pax. and they did not have sufficient linen, towels or pillows. Receptionist was alone and so I had to collect the items myself. 1 extra thing to do when trying to get kids showered and fed. Breakfast is in lobby and so it feelsl a little strange to eat there.
Nice clean room with everything in order. Easy to find location which is good if travelling to Everglades NP. Nice restaurants nearby. Great pool and hot breakfast. Parking is incl.

Unfortunately, we had problems with the water in the bathroom, which no matter how long we waited for more than an hour, it didn't heat up, which forced us to take a cold shower a few times, a shame, as it impacted our experience with this accommodation. We hope this condition improves so we can return
We stayed in March 2024 as a family (2 adults and 2 children) for 1 week and enjoyed the experience. Comfortable hotel, with good facilities (swimming pool, laundry, hygiene kit, minibar), comfortable room with good beds and spacious bathrooms, standard American buffet breakfast with good options (waffle, yogurt, cereal, fruit, bread, eggs). Hotel very close to Dolphin Mall (5 min by car) and about 30 min from Miami Beach/Airport and Sawgrass Malls. It is on the highway that connects Miami to Orlando and with good services nearby.

I did not like the breakfast. Fruits were not nice to see. The safe in our room did not work. That was a problem because we had some valuables which we preferred in the locker. We had 2 maintenance gentleman look at it, but afterall did not work.
I liked the comfortable king bed. A little high up though, but comfortable.

This was perfect for our one night stay after flying from the UK into Miami. Clean and very comfortable beds, and easy to get to from the airport. Plenty of parking, close to eateries and just up the road from Dolphin Mall Shopping. Breakfast was a grab and go afair, but absolutely fine for what we required.

All fine.
12 min drive from airport, 5 min to Dolphin shopping mall. Decent parking lot size, welcoming concierge, breakfast okey. Rooms okey size-wise, comfy bed with comforter, nicely cleaned.

overall the experience was good
The breakfast they offer very well. Only the toaster needs improvement. the one there is does not work well and Maybe have two toasters. The beds are very high and my mother is short, they need an accessory to get on easily.

Night manager very rude and sarcastic. I asked for a couple of extra pillows and bedding (inadequate amount for 5 of us), expecting no problems, as at every hotel I have ever stayed at. I learnt the following; it is not a fully serviced hotel (didn’t I read the small print), manager cannot magic up extra bedding from thin air. Not providing extras would have been ok (disappointing but Hampton Inn and Suites policy apparently) but the way the information was conveyed was quite a shock and unnecessary ( he must have been having a bad day)
